There is no substantiated public list showing what 10 celebrities pay for home insurance. The available material does not verify individual premiums or connect figures to a particular home, policy, location, and date. Treat celebrity cost claims as unverified unless they include that evidence.
Why celebrity home-insurance costs are hard to verify
Home insurance is priced for a specific property and policy, and the premium may not be public. A reported amount is meaningful only if it is clear whether it is an actual paid premium, a quote, or an estimate—and whether it is annual or monthly. It should also identify the home and the period covered.
Other costs can be mistaken for insurance: property taxes, homeowners-association fees, and flood coverage purchased separately are not interchangeable with a homeowners-policy premium.
What affects the cost of a high-value home policy?
World Insurance lists factors that can influence premiums, including claims history, credit score in most states, distance to fire services, construction materials, security systems, other structures, and the coverage and limits selected. A home’s value alone does not determine its premium: location, reconstruction cost, risk, and policy design also matter. World Insurance’s FAQ discusses these factors and high-value coverage.

There is no industry-wide home-value threshold that automatically qualifies a property for a high-value homeowners policy; insurers set their own eligibility criteria. Policy forms also differ: a named-peril policy covers the perils listed in the policy, while an open-peril form generally covers incidents unless they are excluded.
How to judge a reported premium
Two figures should not be compared just because both are described as home-insurance costs. A useful comparison needs enough detail to establish that the coverage and risk are similar:
Rank #2
- Property location and catastrophe exposure
- Insured value or estimated reconstruction value
- Policy form, dwelling and contents limits, and deductible
- Whether flood coverage is included or purchased separately
- Quote or policy date, and whether the figure is annual or monthly
Without those details, even a correctly reported premium says little about what another celebrity—or another homeowner—would pay.

No named statistic in the available material establishes a premium for any of the 10 celebrities. A separate search result recounts a homeowner whose annual premium reportedly rose from $880 to $3,300, but it is a personal example with an unclear original publication context and date. It is not a celebrity figure or a reliable current benchmark. DPL Surveillance Equipment’s housing-market article is not evidence for the celebrity claims.

Until an individual figure is supported by reliable, dated sourcing tied to the relevant property and policy, the accurate answer is that the celebrity’s home-insurance cost is not established.
