Go to workstation.scentsy.us and sign in with your Scentsy Consultant ID and the password you chose during enrollment. If you cannot sign in, use the password-reset link on the Workstation sign-in page.
Sign in to your Scentsy Workstation
- Open workstation.scentsy.us, the login address listed in Scentsy’s U.S. consultant startup guide.
- Enter your Consultant ID Number and the password you selected during enrollment.
- Submit the sign-in form. If you do not remember your password, use the “I forgot my password” link.
The login and credential instructions come from Scentsy’s U.S. startup guide, dated June 29, 2011. The reviewed pages do not establish that login details or recovery steps are identical in every country or for every account.
Reset a forgotten password
Choose “I forgot my password” from the sign-in page. Scentsy’s current reset page asks for an email address and provides a Continue action. Follow the prompts shown there; the current page does not establish what delivery method will be used for the reset.
If the reset cannot be completed, retry and then contact Consultant Support if the problem continues, as Scentsy’s password-reset failure page advises.

Find training or support after signing in
Scentsy’s U.S. startup guide describes Workstation as a place to place and track orders, set up parties, track sales, and find Scentsy news and event information. It directs consultants to the Training Center for videos and step-by-step instructions, and to submit a Support ticket through the Support tab for questions.
