His will named his father, Paul Walker Sr., as executor. Meadow is now publicly identified as founder and CEO of the Paul Walker Foundation, while Paul’s brother Cody leads the disaster-response nonprofit Reach Out Worldwide.
Who inherited Paul Walker’s estate?
Walker’s will named his only child, Meadow Rain Walker, as the sole beneficiary of his estate. The will was executed in 2001 and filed in 2014, according to a copy reproduced online and contemporaneous reporting. The will and TheWrap’s 2014 report support the inheritance account.
TheWrap reported that Walker named his father, Paul Walker Sr., as executor. An executor administers an estate; that role is different from being a beneficiary. The reporting also described Walker’s mother, Cheryl, as the person he requested as guardian for Meadow. A guardianship case proceeded, but the available reporting does not establish the final outcome. Guardianship concerns a minor’s care or property, not who inherits under the will. The 2014 Associated Press report published by CityNews Toronto covers the proceedings.
What was Paul Walker’s estate worth?
News reports published in 2014 gave estimates, not a final probate accounting or a current valuation. TheWrap reported an estimated $25 million estate. An Associated Press report published by CityNews Toronto described a range of $16 million to $25 million. Neither figure establishes the final amount distributed to Meadow or her present net worth.

How Meadow Walker’s later settlement differs from the inheritance
In 2016, the Los Angeles Times reported that Meadow reached a $10.1 million settlement with the estate of Roger Rodas, the driver of the car in which Paul Walker died. The report said more than $7.2 million was to go into a trust for Meadow and nearly $2.9 million was set aside for legal fees.
That settlement arose from a separate legal matter involving Rodas’s estate; it was not an inheritance under Paul Walker’s will. The 2014 estate estimates and the 2016 settlement have different sources and dates, so they should not be added together as a verified total for Meadow’s inheritance or wealth.

Where Meadow Walker is publicly now
The Paul Walker Foundation identifies Meadow as its founder and CEO. Its purpose page describes an education-oriented charitable mission. Meadow’s reflection on her father there connects that work to his interests: “Reflecting on my father, I found myself reflecting on his passions: his passion for helping people, and his passion for spontaneous goodwill.” The Foundation’s purpose page provides the statement, and its current website lists merchandise and scholarship work.
Those public roles do not establish Meadow’s private residence, finances, or whereabouts beyond her visible work with the Foundation.
