What the March 2026 article claimed about APEMARS
TechBullion’s March 23, 2026 article described APEMARS Stage 13 as a presale opportunity. It gave the following figures; they are claims attributed to that article, not independently verified current offers or outcomes.

The article also described connecting an Ethereum-compatible wallet and paying with ETH or stablecoins. That account of the purchase process does not verify that the presale site is still available or safe.
Why a quoted listing price and APY are not a yield guarantee
A target price is an assumption, not a market. Even if a token is listed, its trading price could be lower than the presale price, and a buyer may not be able to sell at the displayed price or in the desired quantity. A presale can also fail to produce a listing. The March article’s return calculation does not account for those possibilities, illiquidity, dilution, changed terms or contract failure.

Likewise, an advertised APY alone does not show that a reward rate is sustainable or that rewards will be paid as stated. For a two-month lock, the practical question is not only the rate: it is what the contract enforces, whether funds can be withdrawn early, and what happens if the project or staking mechanism changes. Those details were not independently established in the reviewed evidence.
The SEC’s May 29, 2024 investor alert warns that memecoin promotions and presales can be used to build demand before promoters sell, and cautions investors against relying on social media alone. Its guidance is general; it is not a finding that APEMARS is fraudulent or a legal classification of APRZ. The SEC’s advice is: “Never make investment decisions based solely on information from social media platforms or apps.”

What is established about APEMARS—and what is not
The project-specific item located in the reviewed materials was a sponsored APEMARS release published through GlobeNewswire on January 20, 2026. It described Stage 3, not Stage 13, and reported more than 4 billion tokens distributed, over 410 on-chain holders and approximately $84,000 raised at that time. Those were historical project-supplied figures, not independent verification of Stage 13 or present-day holdings. GlobeNewswire’s page states that the release’s claims are supplied by the content provider and are not endorsed, verified or guaranteed by the platform.
As of October 8, 2026, the reviewed evidence does not establish the current presale stage or token contract address, the integrity of the presale site, the scope and date of an independent audit, staking implementation, a listing venue, holder concentration or current terms. Without those details, a reader cannot verify the offer’s mechanics or assess its risks from the promotional price and APY alone.

For dated context only, Binance Research’s March 2026 market report included SUI in its table of scheduled token unlocks for that month. That observation applies to the report’s period, not to current unlock conditions or today’s market.

How to assess a presale before risking money
Before considering a presale, look for evidence that lets you verify what you would receive, what rights attach to it and how the project’s claims can be checked. The SEC’s July 25, 2017 ICO bulletin recommends examining token rights, use of proceeds, resale or refund limits, applicable registration or exemption, public code and independent cybersecurity audits. It advises: “Before making any investment, carefully read any materials you are given and verify the truth of every statement you are told about the investment.” This is general investor guidance, not a determination about APRZ.

- Token and contract: Find the contract address through an official, independently verifiable source. Check whether the code is public and whether an audit exists; establish the audit’s scope and date rather than relying on the word “audited.”
- Control and supply: Check who can change or upgrade the contract, mint or move tokens, and control funds. Look for circulating and maximum supply, vesting schedules, unlocks and holder concentration.
- Purchase terms: Confirm token rights, use of proceeds, eligibility and jurisdictional limits, resale restrictions, and any refund terms. Do not assume that a displayed price means a buyer can later sell at a profit.
- Staking terms: Verify the actual contract, lock and withdrawal rules, reward source and whether the advertised rate can change. A displayed APY does not establish future rewards.
- Listing and liquidity: Seek a named venue and verifiable listing conditions. A stated intended price is not a listing commitment or a guarantee of buyers and trading depth.
- Independent checks: Compare project claims with official documentation, on-chain records and other reliable sources. The SEC warns that recovery can be difficult if crypto is lost in a scam.
Compare cryptoassets on consistent, dated evidence
If comparing APRZ with ETH, ADA, SOL, HBAR, SUI, XMR, AVAX or DOT, use the same questions for each asset and record the date and source of each answer. A useful comparison includes:

- What rights or utility does the token provide, and what might create demand for it?
- What evidence is available about network activity and security?
- What are the circulating and maximum supplies, upcoming unlocks and holder concentration?
- Where is the asset traded, and what evidence is available about liquidity?
- What custody, smart-contract, staking or bridge risks apply?
- What jurisdictional or regulatory exposure is relevant to the asset and the buyer?
For a presale, add contract verification, admin and upgrade powers, audit scope and date, vesting and lock rules, refund terms, listing conditions and the funding source for advertised rewards. The reviewed sources do not provide complete, current comparable data for all ten assets, so they do not support a “best pick” or a reliable ranking.
Wallet custody is a separate risk
A crypto wallet does not hold coins in the way a physical wallet holds cash; it holds the private keys that authorize access to crypto recorded on a network. If a private key is lost, access may be permanently lost. A cold wallet is typically a physical device, but it brings its own responsibilities for securing the device and recovery information. Secure custody cannot verify a presale, prevent market losses or make a token safe.
