No. HSSC Advertisement 01/2026 is a separate recruitment cycle that advertised 5,500 posts, not the 5,600 vacancies in Advertisement 14/2024. The 2026 notice stated that candidates who had applied under Advertisement 14/2024 must apply afresh for the later advertisement. Its dates, eligibility conditions and application route must be taken from that separate notice, not inferred from the 2024 announcement.
