The notice required a regular full-time degree in Civil Engineering from an AICTE/UGC-approved or recognized institution, or the specified AMIE enrollment completed on or before 31 May 2013. It set an age range of 18 to 45, subject to specified relaxations, with age reckoned as of 1 January 2024.
Applicants were asked to upload educational and age proof and, where applicable, experience and category certificates and Himachali bonafide documentation. The notice described selection through a screening/preliminary examination followed by a personality test.
