On Thursday, 6 November 2025, reports attributing rates to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA) put 24-karat gold at PKR 423,062 per tola and silver at PKR 5,112 per tola. The reported 10-gram rates were PKR 362,707 for 24-karat gold and PKR 4,382 for silver. These are historical market quotes, not guaranteed prices from a particular jeweller.
Gold and silver rates in Pakistan on 6 November
Two same-day reports give matching local rates. Mettis Global reported the figures below and ARY News corroborated them; the following trading-session report from Mettis Global also recorded the prior day’s gold and silver rates.

The 24-karat and silver rates, along with the 22-karat 10-gram quote, are reported by Mettis Global and ARY News. The cited reports do not state a 22-karat per-tola price.
How much did prices change?
Gold rose PKR 3,700 per tola from PKR 419,362 on the previous trading day. Silver rose PKR 90 per tola from PKR 5,022. For the 10-gram quotes, silver was up PKR 77 from PKR 4,305, while 22-karat gold was up PKR 2,908 from PKR 329,585. These are reported day-to-day changes, not forecasts.

International market context
International figures differed slightly between the two same-day reports, so they should be treated as source-reported context rather than one synchronized spot quote. Mettis Global cited gold at about US$4,012 per ounce and silver at US$48.50 per ounce; ARY News cited gold at US$4,007 and silver at US$48.50 per ounce.

The Pakistan Observer’s page dated 6 November listed 24-karat gold at PKR 420,000 per tola and silver at PKR 5,154 per tola. Those figures conflict with the matching gold and silver rates in the two reports above. A next-session Mettis Global report also recorded PKR 423,062 for gold and PKR 5,112 for silver as the preceding day’s rates. The corroborated figures are therefore the stronger reference for 6 November, while the conflicting listing is a reason to check a rate’s source and timestamp.

When comparing a quote, check the date and trading session, the metal’s purity, the weight unit, and whether the figure is an association-linked market rate or a retailer’s transaction price. Do not treat 22-karat and 24-karat gold as interchangeable. The published reports do not establish a uniform city-by-city retail price, a buyer-specific premium, or the final amount a jeweller would charge.
