Scroll reported that it covered all four paper sets. The answer-key announcement and the deadline to challenge it are historical; the objection window closed on July 17, 2023.
How to find the 2023 answer key
In its July 11, 2023 report, Scroll said the key was listed in the HPPSC website’s “What’s new” section under the title “Provisional Answer Key of HP Judicial Services (pre) Exam-2023 held on 09-07-2023.” The report also provided an applicant-portal link. These are historical routes, and a working 2023 answer-key download has not been confirmed.
For the commission’s current archive, start at the HPPSC homepage and check its notifications and downloads sections. The homepage also links to examination schedules and results. If the old listing or file is no longer available, contact HPPSC through its official channels rather than relying on an unverified third-party copy.
What the reported objection process required
Scroll reported that candidates could submit objections until July 17, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. According to that report’s account of the notice, objections needed documentary proof and had to reach the commission in person, by post, or by courier; email and other receipt modes were not accepted. That deadline has passed, so candidates cannot use the 2023 objection window now.

What happened after the preliminary examination
HPPSC’s official press note dated November 10, 2023 reported that 350 candidates qualified from the preliminary examination for the mains. Of those, 314 appeared in all main-examination papers, and 25 qualified for the personality test. The note stated that the main-examination result was subject to the final outcome of SLP (Civil) 13150/2023.
