Its current program page describes potential project-level funding from $1,000 to $100,000 or more, alongside advisory and development support. Those figures describe different things: the first is the announced fund pool; the second is the range Gamefam currently advertises for individual projects.
How much is the Gamefam Creator Fund?
Gamefam’s announcement on LinkedIn described a pool of capital “up to $5 MILLION” for UGC games. The company also said one-quarter of the funds were reserved for investments in creators from underrepresented backgrounds. The post was displayed as approximately two years old when reviewed in 2026, but its exact publication date was not confirmed.
The current Creator Fund page advertises project-level funding from $1,000 to $100,000 or more. Gamefam says a project’s funding structure depends on the resources and scope of its vision. The page does not establish a standard grant, loan, equity investment, revenue share, or guaranteed minimum; applicants should not assume any one structure applies.
The announced pool is not a reported payout total. The reviewed sources do not say how much Gamefam has committed or distributed, how many creators have received funding, or what the average investment is.

Does Gamefam fund Roblox or Fortnite games?
Gamefam says it is primarily focused on UGC games on Roblox and Fortnite, while projects on other UGC gaming platforms may also be considered. Its page says it considers projects from concept through games that are already live, so platform focus does not appear to be the only factor.

Gamefam’s page includes testimonials from creators affiliated with the program. For example, KizmoTek, identified there as creator and publisher of War Tycoon, credits resources such as amplification, analytics, and live-operations practices with supporting the game. That statement is a testimonial on Gamefam’s own site, not an independently audited performance finding.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. How the fund differs from Gamefam’s other developer services
Gamefam also describes developer services on its separate Dev X page, including funding, brand integrations and licensing, creator marketing, legal strategy and templates, game design, analytics, and studio setup. That page describes modular support and an emphasis on partnered revenue-sharing. It is a separate offering, so those descriptions should not be treated as the Creator Fund’s standard deal terms.

What applicants should clarify before accepting funding
Because the fund page says project terms vary, a creator considering an offer should get the specific arrangement in writing before agreeing. Key points to confirm include:
- How much funding is offered, when it is paid, and whether payments depend on milestones.
- Whether the arrangement involves repayment, equity, revenue sharing, licensing, or another form of consideration.
- What services and resources are included, who provides them, and for how long.
- Ownership and control of the game, intellectual property, assets, and data.
- Any exclusivity, reporting, approval, termination, or continuing obligations.
Gamefam’s public pages do not provide a uniform term sheet, so these details must be evaluated for the particular proposal rather than inferred from the advertised range.
