The Amazon Game Pass Black Friday deal advertised in November 2024 was a $74.99 bundle of one month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, an Xbox Core Wireless Controller, and an Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K. The report claimed savings of more than $50. It is a historical offer, not a deal verified as available now.
What was in the Amazon Game Pass bundle?
- One month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate
- An Xbox Core Wireless Controller
- An Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K
Mashable, in a report dated November 29, 2024 and republished by Yahoo, listed the bundle at $74.99. The report said it could let players stream Game Pass games through the Fire TV Stick 4K without owning an Xbox console, provided they had a suitable internet connection. That describes the offer at the time, not a guarantee of current compatibility.
How much did the deal save?
The 2024 report advertised savings of more than $50. Its displayed comparison price of $127.96 and bundle price of $74.99 imply a $52.97 difference, but the article’s prose gives a conflicting savings figure. The exact savings therefore cannot be stated confidently from that report.
Is the deal available now?
There is no verified current Amazon listing or stock information for this bundle. The offer belongs to Black Friday 2024, and its reported price should not be treated as current. Check the live Amazon listing before buying and confirm that it still includes the same controller, streaming device, and Game Pass plan.

Can you stream Game Pass without an Xbox console?
Xbox says Game Pass subscribers can stream on supported devices, but availability depends on the game, plan, region, platform, and time. The 2024 deal report specifically mentioned streaming through the Fire TV Stick 4K; it does not establish that this device or every game is supported under current terms. Check Xbox’s current Game Pass plan and supported-device information for your location before purchasing hardware for cloud play.
What to check before buying a similar bundle
- Live total price: Compare the current bundle price with the current prices of its components rather than relying on the 2024 comparison price.
- Included subscription: Confirm the plan name and subscription duration. Xbox says subscriptions continue automatically unless canceled, so review the current billing terms.
- Compatibility: Verify that your region, chosen plan, device, and intended games support cloud play.
- Listing details: Confirm the controller and Fire TV model in the live listing; bundle contents and availability may differ from the historical offer.
Xbox notes that Game Pass benefits vary by plan and that game titles and features can change. Review its current plan details before committing to a subscription.
