Whether it was worth the cost depended on which choices were available to you, what you would actually use, and the full cost of an automatically renewing subscription. FabFitFun published its reveal on October 16, 2025; the customization dates have passed, so this is a review of that historical offering, not a current box recommendation.
What was in the FabFitFun Winter 2025 box?
FabFitFun’s Winter 2025 reveal described a customizable assortment spanning beauty, fragrance, fashion and home or lifestyle products. Other choices named in the reveal included the Cayla Gray Scentstone Set, Skylar Vanilla Sky Rollerball, COLOR WOW Dream Coat, One/Size Ultimate Blurring Setting Powder, a FOREO UFO Mini bundled with seven Call it a Night sheet masks, The Grate Plate, makeup sponges, jewelry, hair products, a Kate Spade puzzle and a Rent the Runway digital offer. This is a representative list of the menu, not a claim that any one subscriber received every item.
Choice and availability varied
The box was presented as a selection of options within categories, so the reveal does not establish one universal set of contents. The particular products a member could choose could matter more than the headline list. FabFitFun also marked some products with geographic limits: for example, Future Society perfume and the Cayla Gray Scentstone Set were listed for the US and Canada, while Fenty, COLOR WOW and NARS items were marked US-only. Check the individual item’s stated eligibility rather than assuming every option shipped everywhere.

How to judge whether the box was worth it
The reveal demonstrates breadth and choice, but it cannot show whether a specific subscriber got good value. Start with the products you would have selected and realistically used, then compare their current standalone prices with the full subscription cost. A product’s published value is not the same as money saved: it only has practical value to you if you wanted it, could receive it, and would otherwise buy it at a comparable price.
FabFitFun assigned a $149 value to the FOREO UFO Mini in Pearl Pink with seven masks in its reveal. That is FabFitFun’s stated value for that bundle, not an independent price audit or proof of a buyer’s savings. The reveal confirms it as a Winter 2025 option; it does not establish current retail price, stock or the bundle’s value to a particular buyer.
Usefulness versus novelty
A skincare, hair or fragrance product may be appealing if it fits your routine; a blanket, slippers, kitchen item or bag may be more useful to someone with different needs. Conversely, an unfamiliar product can look attractive in a curated menu but add little value if it sits unused. Judge the options against your own habits rather than adding together every listed product value.

Selection flexibility versus commitment
Customization can make a box more relevant than a fixed assortment, but a menu is not a guarantee that every member can select every item. Category preference, regional restrictions and selection availability all affect the result. The official reveal is evidence of the menu, not a guarantee of a particular subscriber’s final contents.
What did FabFitFun charge, and what were the subscription terms?
FabFitFun’s membership terms, accessed in 2026, describe an ongoing subscription that automatically renews unless cancelled. They state $79.99 USD per season or $259.96 USD annually, plus applicable taxes and shipping. The terms say seasonal boxes generally ship within 30 days of billing; delivery timing depends on the carrier and destination. These are the terms displayed in 2026, not verified checkout prices for Winter 2025.
FabFitFun’s offer page, accessed October 8, 2026, displayed an annual plan at $64.99 per box billed at $259.96 per year and a seasonal first-box price of $39.99 followed by quarterly billing at $79.99. The page also described choosing six products and swapping products for credit. Those were displayed offer terms at that access date and may be promotional; they should not be applied retroactively to Winter 2025 or treated as permanent prices.

For a sound comparison, include taxes, shipping and the renewal commitment rather than comparing only a first-box offer or a company-assigned product value. Because prices and offers can change, the current terms and checkout screen are more relevant to a new subscriber than historical Winter 2025 dates or pricing assumptions.
When could members customize the Winter 2025 box?
FabFitFun’s October 16, 2025 reveal stated that annual members could customize beginning October 24, 2025, at 9 a.m. Pacific Time, and seasonal members beginning October 31, 2025, at 9 a.m. Pacific Time. Both windows are in the past. The reveal does not establish that the Winter 2025 box or its choices remain available now.
