The concept grew from a question the company says shaped its origin story: “Làm sao để việc rửa mặt không còn là bước bị xem nhẹ trong chu trình skincare?”—how could face washing stop being treated as a neglected part of a skincare routine? Face Wash Fox calls itself a pioneer and describes its chain as the first and only of its kind in major shopping centers. Those are promotional claims in the company’s own account; they should not be taken as independently established facts about Vietnam’s skincare market.

A separate company article says Face Wash Fox aims to expand to 100 stores. That is an announced target, not confirmation that 100 locations have opened.
What does “pioneering” mean in this case?
The company’s positioning centers on making facial cleansing a dedicated service and pairing it with technology. Founder Hằng Ngô is quoted in a Face Wash Fox service article as saying: “Rửa mặt là nhu cầu hàng ngày của mọi người nhưng cần sự tham gia của công nghệ để chăm sóc da đúng cách” (“Face washing is an everyday need for everyone, but technology needs to play a part in caring for skin properly”). This is the founder’s view, not a clinical conclusion.
