How do I contact Expedia about my flight?
- Go directly to Expedia’s official Get in touch page or open the Expedia app. Avoid phone numbers from search ads, forums, or unofficial sites.
- Sign in if possible, or have your itinerary or confirmation details available. Answer the contact page’s questions and select your flight booking.
- Use the phone or chat option Expedia offers for your issue, or follow the booking-management link if you want to make an available change yourself.
The U.S. contact page routes customers to a phone number after asking a few questions; it does not publish one general number for every flight issue. Expedia also warns that fake support numbers circulate online. It says, “Always verify you’re on our official website or app before entering sensitive info.”

Expedia’s Help Center organizes flight assistance around topics including changes, cancellations, refunds, payment, and travel documents. Start with the booking interface for an eligible change; it can show the steps available for that itinerary and whether you need further help.
Does Expedia have a customer-service email for U.S. flight bookings?
The Expedia U.S. contact page reviewed here offers phone, chat, and self-service, but does not list a general customer-service email for U.S. flight bookings. Don’t assume an email address published for another country applies to a U.S. reservation. Expedia’s regional sites publish different contact details—for example, its Ireland, Germany, and Japan legal-information pages list market-specific contacts. If you booked outside the U.S., use your local official Expedia site or the Help Center flow for your booking.

Should you contact Expedia or the airline?
Use Expedia’s support flow for questions about an Expedia booking, its payment or booking record, or how to manage the reservation. The airline operates the flight and handles some operational requests. Use the carrier’s contact details on your itinerary or confirmation email when you need to confirm airline-controlled services.
Seats and special assistance
Expedia says it passes accessibility requests to the airline but cannot guarantee that the airline will honor them. Confirm seat selections and special-assistance requests directly with the carrier after booking and again shortly before travel. For an itinerary with more than one airline, contact each carrier separately.

- Enter Expedia’s official website yourself or open its app, then use Get in touch or the Help Center.
- Keep the itinerary or booking confirmation handy to identify the right trip and operating airline.
- Do not give a caller or chat contact your Expedia password or one-time passcode. Expedia says it will never ask for these.
- Do not pay for a trip by wire transfer or gift card at the request of someone claiming to be support; Expedia identifies these as scam red flags.
- For seats, accessibility, and other airline-controlled requests, use the airline contact information in your itinerary or confirmation email.
