Disney+ displays different prices on its bundle page, so confirm the amount and billing provider shown at checkout before subscribing.
What the bundle costs now
The offer combines paid subscriptions to Disney+, Hulu and HBO Max, which was called Max when the bundle launched. The listed prices currently differ between official pages:

These prices are not reconciled across the official pages. Check the checkout screen for your account and sign-up route before deciding whether the bundle fits your budget. Hulu says existing subscribers will see its pricing change on or after October 21, 2026; that timing is distinct from the listed rate for new subscriptions.
Why the headline says $17 a month
Disney Entertainment and Warner Bros. Discovery launched the U.S. bundle on July 25, 2024. At launch, Hulu and Disney said it cost $16.99 per month with ads or $29.99 per month without ads. The rounded “$17” figure is therefore a historical launch price, not Hulu’s current listed rate.

The companies also advertised savings of up to 38% compared with buying the services separately at launch. That was a company-published comparison tied to 2024 prices, not an independent calculation or a current savings estimate. To judge the value today, compare the checkout price with what you would actually pay for the same services separately.
What you get—and where you watch
The bundle includes three subscriptions, but it does not combine the services into one app. Full access uses the Disney+, Hulu and HBO Max apps separately. Hulu says some HBO content can be watched in Hulu, while additional titles are available only through HBO Max. Check the app required for a particular film or series before subscribing; content, features and device compatibility vary by service.

Hulu’s July 25, 2024 launch release described the offer this way: “Starting today, the new Disney+, Hulu, Max Bundle from Disney Entertainment and Warner Bros. Discovery is available in the U.S. for purchase on any of the three streaming platforms’ websites.” The service was U.S.-only in the reviewed terms. Hulu says the bundle has no annual subscription plan.

Check these details before you sign up
- Price at checkout: Official Hulu and Disney+ pages display different rates. Confirm the amount presented for your plan and account before authorizing payment.
- Who bills you: Current Hulu sign-up information says Hulu bills subscribers who enroll there. Billing and management can vary if you sign up through another service, so check the displayed billing provider and where you will manage the subscription.
- Plan fit: Choose the ad-supported or no-ads tier based on the price and viewing experience you want; verify the terms for the specific titles and apps you use.
- Your current subscriptions: Compare the bundle’s checkout price with your own separate subscriptions, not the old launch savings figure. Include any subscriptions you would keep even after joining.
