Reports document product shipments and an expanded catalog through February 2026. They do not independently establish Woosh’s status on October 8, 2026, so its present-day operating status remains unconfirmed.
Woosh’s Shark Tank appearance and deal
ABC lists Woosh in Season 14, Episode 4. The network’s episode article, dated October 14, 2022, described a San Francisco entrepreneur’s smart home air-filtration product. ABC said the filter used “best-in-class filter materials” and included sensors that measured air quality, airflow and usage, with replacement filters sent automatically when due.
Retrospective accounts report that Kevin O’Leary agreed on air to invest $500,000 for 10% equity, plus a $0.50-per-unit royalty in perpetuity. That televised agreement did not become a completed investment: BGR’s February 2026 update says the deal did not go through, and SlashGear likewise reports that it apparently was not finalized. These are later media accounts, not a primary transaction record.
What happened to Woosh after the show?
SlashGear reported that Woosh began shipping its product roughly a year after its appearance. Its coverage also described a 3M filtration-technology partnership and integration with Emerson’s Sensi smart thermostats; Emerson’s climate technologies business later became Copeland. Those reports establish that these relationships were reported, not that they remain active today.

- FILTER REFILLS ONLY, FRAME NOT INCLUDED: These are four replacement refills for the Woosh reusable frame you already own. This box does not include a frame. New to Woosh? Get the Woosh Starter Kit, which includes the frame plus four filter refills.
- SUBSCRIBE & SAVE, NEVER RUN OUT: Because the Woosh frame is reusable, you only ever replace the refill. Set up Subscribe & Save and fresh refills arrive on your schedule, so you never run out, hunt for your size, or grab the wrong filter again.
- HIGH-DENSITY PLEATING WITH MERV 8 FILTRATION: At 1.7 pleats per inch, each refill packs over 70% more filter material with a MERV 8 rating to capture dust, pollen, pet dander, and mold spores drifting through your home. Comparable to MPR 600 and FPR 5.
- CLEAN, EASY, HAZARD-FREE CHANGES: Swapping the refill takes seconds. Each one is cut to the exact size of your Woosh 16x25x1 frame, so it drops straight in with no trimming, and the fold-flat design traps the dust and debris for no-mess, hazard-free disposal. No more wrestling a dirty cardboard filter into the trash.
- COMPACT STORAGE: Woosh's fold-flat refills stack and bundle tightly, so the whole set takes up far less room than the same number of bulky cardboard filters. Keep them in a drawer or cabinet without giving up the shelf space.
By February 2025, SlashGear listed three products: the Smart Air Filter, Air Quality Monitor and Fold Filter. BGR’s February 6, 2026 update said Woosh’s website remained active and listed five products: the smart filter, air quality monitor, bundle, refill and frame gasketing. That later catalog and reported shipping support the conclusion that Woosh continued operating after the show, but they do not confirm the company’s status months later.
What the available evidence says about the company’s status
The latest dated account in the available reporting is BGR’s February 6, 2026 update. It described Woosh as still going strong and its website as active. That supports saying Woosh appeared to have continued selling products through that date; it is not independent verification of operations on October 8, 2026. Current stock, prices, shipping reliability and retail availability are not established by these reports.
