No Pakistan-wide shutdown is documented in RedotPay’s public guidance reviewed here. Pakistan does not appear on the company’s unsupported-country list dated August 28, 2026. But that does not guarantee that every Pakistani user can open or keep every fiat account: RedotPay says availability depends on country or region and directs users to check the options shown in the app.
What RedotPay’s country restrictions say about Pakistan
RedotPay’s unsupported-country list, dated August 28, 2026, says citizens of countries on the list cannot complete KYC or use RedotPay services. Pakistan is not named. That omission is evidence against a publicly announced, countrywide ban in that document; it is not a guarantee that every service or account feature is available to Pakistani users. RedotPay also says the list can change as regulations evolve.
Fiat account access is not the same as country-level eligibility
RedotPay’s Personal Funding Account guidance, dated July 23, 2026, describes USD, GBP, and EUR funding accounts, subject to country or regional availability. It directs users to the app to see which accounts are available to them. So even if Pakistan is not on the unsupported-country list, that alone does not establish that a particular Pakistani user can access a specific currency account.
RedotPay’s separate Currency Account FAQ, updated May 21, 2026, lists EUR and GBP as supported and says USD and additional currencies are in preparation. The newer Personal Funding Account page describes USD, GBP, or EUR funding accounts but makes availability region-dependent. These are separate pages with different dates and product wording; the older currency FAQ does not establish that Pakistani users’ accounts were shut down.

How to check your own account
- Open the RedotPay app and go to Deposit > Fiat.
- Review which funding accounts or currencies the app currently offers for your account.
- If an account you previously used is missing, or you received a restriction or migration notice, contact RedotPay support and ask about the status of that specific account.
The app check follows RedotPay’s own instruction for checking account availability. Public help pages do not confirm whether any individual Pakistani user’s existing account remains active, whether a particular currency is enabled for them, or whether an individual restriction or migration notice was issued.
What the closure and support pages do—and do not—confirm
RedotPay’s support site currently groups related guidance under its Multi-Currency Wallet collection, which includes articles about Personal Funding Account availability, currencies, opening accounts in multiple currencies, and account closure. The collection’s organization is not an announcement that older accounts were shut or migrated.

A separate Currency Account closure FAQ, updated April 27, 2026, appeared in search results and says closure functionality was under development, with users to be notified when it became available. That page does not say Pakistani users’ accounts were closed. Because the page was not directly accessible for review, its status statement should be treated as limited to the available search-result content.
