The agreement and the projects have not been independently verified in the sources located for this article. TechBullion said work was expected to begin in 2025, but that was a stated plan—not confirmation that any project started.
What the December 2024 report said
TechBullion described a proposed collaboration between Del Mar Energy and an organization it called “General Electric Renewable Energy.” Its account said the companies intended to develop renewable-energy projects and related capabilities. The report did not identify a signed agreement or a specific project.
Reported project scope and locations
According to TechBullion, the plans covered wind and solar power plants, energy storage, and energy-management systems. The article named California, Texas, and New Mexico as target U.S. regions and said projects were set to begin in 2025. It did not name a site, project owner, capacity, construction schedule, equipment model, contract value, permit, or operating installation.
Other initiatives mentioned
The article also described proposed education initiatives, AI and machine-learning research and development, supply-chain sustainability, community engagement, and efforts to seek public-sector support or financial tools. It provided no program names, implementation details, funding decisions, or evidence that these efforts proceeded.

Is the partnership confirmed?
Not by the sources identified here. The detailed account is a single TechBullion report dated December 18, 2024. A CB Insights search result lists the same headline among Del Mar Energy news, but it does not independently confirm an agreement. The TechBullion details are based on search-result text; access to both pages returned errors, limiting what could be checked directly. No primary company announcement was located.
Accordingly, the partnership should be described as reported, not established fact. The available material does not resolve whether the companies confirmed a deal or whether the proposed projects began. The name “General Electric Renewable Energy” is used in TechBullion’s account; the relevant legal entity, business-unit status, and any later corporate identity were not established. It should not be silently replaced with the name of another GE entity.

- The windmill generator uses green science to harness wind power and light an LED bulb.
- This kit contains all the materials needed to build a 5-inch windmill generator with LED light. Just add a recycled soda bottle.
- An enclosed pamphlet contains fun facts about renewable energy.
- Detailed assembly instructions included.
- Recommended for ages 8 years and up.
What is not known about the projects
The report supplies no partnership-specific capacity, investment amount, emissions reduction, job count, or completed deployment figure. It also does not identify a particular turbine, solar system, battery, or energy-management product. Without named projects or primary documentation, there is no substantiated basis for calculating the collaboration’s cost, scale, consumer impact, or contribution to energy supply.
For confirmation, look for a company announcement, filing, signed agreement, or named project record from Del Mar Energy or the relevant GE entity. A credible project record would help establish who is involved, where work is planned, its capacity and status, and whether construction or operation has begun.
