The DGAFMS Group C application window is closed. The official portal lists applications from 7 January to 6 February 2025; those dates have passed. The 2025 notice advertised 113 tentative vacancies, but the dates available for the written exam and certain later tests have also passed. Check the DGAFMS recruitment portal for any newer notice; the available schedule does not establish a current opening or final results.
Is DGAFMS recruitment 2025 still open?
No. The DGAFMS portal lists the new-user application period as 7 January through 6 February 2025, and the window is closed. A headline saying the application “closes soon” refers to the historical deadline, not an opportunity to apply now. For any fresh recruitment notice or update, use the official DGAFMS portal.
The portal lists the written examination for 3–6 June 2025. It also lists document verification and trade-specific tests in Delhi for Stenographer Grade II, Lower Division Clerk (LDC), and Fireman on 7–9 October 2025, with 10 October as a reserve date. These are past dates; the information available here does not establish whether a later notice changed the schedule or what the final outcomes were.
What did the 113 Group C vacancies include?
The 2025 Government of India, Ministry of Defence, Directorate General of Armed Forces Medical Services (DGAFMS) notice invited eligible Indian citizens to apply for civilian Group C positions at DGAFMS units and depots. It advertised 113 tentative vacancies across 13 post categories. The notice said vacancy numbers could increase or decrease before final selection.

For other roles, use the relevant post-specific education, experience, age, and trade criteria in the DGAFMS recruitment portal.
