Apple Entrepreneur Camp is not currently verified as open for applications. Apple announced its latest verified opening on August 13, 2024, with a deadline of September 3, 2024, Pacific Time. That round is closed, and no new 2026 application round is confirmed in Apple’s published materials.

What is Apple Entrepreneur Camp?

Apple Entrepreneur Camp is a support and development program for founders and developers building app-driven businesses. For its 2024 round, Apple described one-on-one, code-level guidance, access to Apple engineers and experts, and membership in an extended alumni network. It is not described as a grant, investment, or employment program. Apple’s 2024 announcement

Who could apply for the 2024 round?

Apple named female, Black, Hispanic/Latinx, and Indigenous founders and developers, and said it welcomed established entrepreneurs with app-driven businesses. The announcement directed applicants to review the program’s eligibility requirements; it does not establish that every idea-stage company or app concept qualified. Apple’s 2024 announcement

Some earlier Apple notices described additional criteria, including an App Store app, functional TestFlight beta, or equivalent build, as well as a developer proficient in Swift or Objective-C. Those details are historical and should not be assumed to apply to a future cohort without checking its specific rules. Apple’s 2023 notice and Apple’s original program announcement

Apple uses the phrase “app-driven business” but does not define it in detail in the 2024 news announcement. A team should not assume a web-only business, consultancy, nonprofit, or prototype automatically qualifies; the active cohort’s eligibility page would control.

What did participants receive?

  • One-on-one code-level guidance and access to Apple engineers and experts.
  • Programming at Apple’s Cupertino campus, alongside a full online option for those unable to attend in person.
  • Entry into the extended Apple Entrepreneur Camp alumni network.

Earlier descriptions also mentioned support in app design, technology, and App Store marketing, but those are historical program features, not a confirmed list of terms for a future cohort. The 2024 announcement does not establish travel, lodging, meal, or visa reimbursement. Apple’s 2024 announcement and Apple’s original program announcement

How did the application work?

For the 2024 round, Apple directed prospective participants to review the eligibility requirements, prepare information about their organization and app-driven business, and submit an application by September 3, 2024, Pacific Time. That deadline has passed; do not treat an old application page or copied deadline as an active opportunity. Apple’s 2024 announcement

What to prepare if Apple announces another round

The following is practical preparation, not a list of confirmed requirements for a future cohort:

  • A concise description of the business, its customers, and the problem it addresses.
  • A live app, beta, or demonstrable prototype, plus an explanation of how the app supports the business.
  • A clear account of the founder’s role, the developer’s role, and who would participate.
  • A short product demonstration and examples of the technical issues where Apple guidance would help.
  • Availability for the full program and any team participation requirements specified in the new application.
  • Basic company, product, and contact information.

Do not assume a polished App Store launch, revenue, outside investment, or a particular technology stack is required unless the next cohort’s official criteria say so.

How to check for a new application round

  1. Check Apple Developer News for a new, dated Entrepreneur Camp announcement.
  2. Open the official Entrepreneur Camp eligibility information linked from that announcement and confirm that it applies to the current cohort.
  3. Use only an active Apple-hosted application form, and verify that its deadline and program details match the announcement.

Apple’s news archive continues to surface the August 13, 2024 opening notice; that is the latest verified Entrepreneur Camp opening in the published Apple material cited here. This does not rule out a later announcement, but no 2026 application deadline or open form is established by that notice. Apple Developer News archive

What the program does not establish

Apple’s 2024 announcement does not promise funding, investment, App Store approval, guaranteed promotion, or travel reimbursement. It also does not establish fees or the dates and rules for a future cohort. Participation is not guaranteed by submitting an application.

Product prices and availability are accurate as of the date/time indicated and are subject to change. Any price and availability information displayed on Amazon at the time of purchase will apply.
