The report says the announcement came on February 6, without specifying the year. That leaves the partners, agreement terms and claimed role in CoinHubX’s global expansion unverified.

INSCMagazine’s February 18, 2025 article says CoinHubX partnered with “leading financial institutions.” It does not name them, link to an announcement from a partner, or provide signed agreements or other independent confirmation. The article also describes encryption and risk-prevention measures, but supplies no audit, security certification, custody information or incident history. Those descriptions are promotional claims, not evidence that customer assets are protected or that a partner has reviewed the exchange.
Are CoinHubX’s user and trading-volume figures verified?
No supporting methodology or independent data is provided for either figure. INSCMagazine says CoinHubX had “surpassed 7 million core users” and processed “nearly $3 billion in daily trading volume,” but does not state when the numbers were measured, how “core users” or volume were defined, or where the figures came from. They should be treated as claims reported by the article, not established measurements.

What does the Ontario regulator alert say?
A Canadian Securities Administrators investor-alert entry records an Ontario Securities Commission alert dated June 19, 2026. It says: “Coinhubx found at coinhubx.net is not registered in Ontario to engage in the business of trading in securities.” The alert names Coinhubx at coinhubx.net.
The INSCMagazine article links to chubx.co. The available sources do not establish whether chubx.co and coinhubx.net are connected or operated by the same legal entity. The Ontario statement therefore applies to the name and domain in the regulator alert; it should not be attributed to the business discussed in the article unless their identities are verified. Nor does a reported financial-institution partnership, by itself, demonstrate regulatory approval or customer-asset safety.

- The exchange’s legal entity, operating jurisdictions and regulatory permissions, confirmed through the relevant regulator’s own records.
- Partner institutions named in announcements on their own official channels, with the scope and date of each agreement.
- Clear custody arrangements and independent, dated security or financial audits.
- Documented definitions, dates and methods behind user and trading-volume figures.
Until those details are available, the partnership report indicates what INSCMagazine says CoinHubX announced, not independently confirmed institutional backing or proof of the exchange’s regulatory standing.
