Cap Hill Brands merged with Juvo+ to pair its business of buying and scaling existing e-commerce brands with Juvo+’s product-development capabilities. Announced in March 2024, the all-stock deal created a combined company called Infinite Commerce; its financial terms were not disclosed.
What the Cap Hill Brands–Juvo+ merger changed
Cap Hill Brands was an acquirer and operator of consumer brands, initially focused on Amazon sellers before expanding to other channels. Its model was to buy established online businesses and support them with centralized operations, technology and management. Juvo+ developed and sold products online, using market-gap analysis to identify opportunities.
The merger brought those approaches together: acquired brands and the infrastructure to operate them on one side, and in-house capacity to identify and develop products on the other. Cap Hill’s founders said the company needed to become better at product development as well as brand acquisition. GeekWire quoted co-founder Jason LeeKeenan: “To create a great next-generation consumer product company, you have to be great at acquiring brands — and you also have to be great at launching new products.” GeekWire’s March 8, 2024 report described Juvo+’s approach as a “sophisticated” way to identify market gaps and potential product solutions.
What was announced—and what was not
The March 2024 announcement said Cap Hill Brands and Juvo+ merged in an all-stock transaction and adopted the name Infinite Commerce. GeekWire reported that Juvo+ founder Steve Neufer would lead the combined company, while Cap Hill co-founders Kevin Saliba and Jason LeeKeenan became executive co-chairmen.

The reported terms did not disclose a purchase price, valuation, exchange ratio or how ownership was allocated. A later account by transaction adviser Livingstone Partners describes a broader combination; it does not supply the missing terms of the original Cap Hill–Juvo+ deal.
How large was Infinite Commerce at the time?
GeekWire reported in March 2024 that Infinite Commerce had more than $250 million in annual revenue, was profitable and owned more than 50 brands. It also said Cap Hill had acquired more than 35 brands in the preceding three years. These are figures reported around the merger announcement, not current verified metrics.

Maveron’s portfolio page describes Cap Hill as having “nearly 35 brands,” but the page does not establish when that figure applied. It is a separate, undated description and should not be treated as a direct update or reconciliation of GeekWire’s dated figures. Maveron lists Cap Hill as founded in 2020 and identifies Saliba and LeeKeenan as founders. Maveron’s portfolio entry describes the company’s acquisition strategy.
What happened after the original merger?
The March 2024 Cap Hill–Juvo+ announcement was followed by a broader round of e-commerce aggregator consolidation. Livingstone Partners dates a four-way transaction involving Dragonfly, Cap Hill Brands, Moonshot Brands and Juvo Plus to June 2024, and says Dragonfly and Moonshot were acquired shortly after the combination formed.

A 2026 industry overview from NovaData reports a later merger between Razor Group and Infinite Commerce. That is secondary-source reporting; it does not, on its own, establish Infinite Commerce’s current ownership, operating status or structure. NovaData’s overview is the source for that later report.

GeekWire situated the deal amid slower e-commerce growth after the pandemic-era surge, rising marketplace seller fees and financial strain at some other aggregators. That was context reported in March 2024, not a description of market conditions today. The strategic logic of the merger was more specific: a company built around acquiring and operating online brands wanted more ability to develop products itself.
