Verdict: I cannot verify YesTrading as a licensed forex broker from the evidence available for this review. That does not prove it is a scam, but it means the broker should be treated as unverified and high risk until its legal entity, regulator, licence number, trading terms, and withdrawal process are independently confirmed.

Do not rely on a logo, a claimed licence, screenshots of profits, or a polished website. A forex broker is only meaningfully verifiable when the company behind it appears in the official register of the regulator it names—and the register details match the website, legal entity, domain, and contact information.

Is YesTrading a scam or legitimate?

The responsible answer is not a definitive “scam” or “legit” without verifiable, current evidence. For YesTrading, the key question is whether a named legal company is authorised to provide forex or CFD services in the customer’s country.

Until that check succeeds, YesTrading should not be treated like a regulated bank, an established exchange, or a broker supervised by a major retail regulator. An unverified broker can still display trading software and process an initial deposit. Those facts do not demonstrate that customer money can be withdrawn safely.

There is also an important distinction between:

  • A real company: a business exists under a registered name.
  • A licensed broker: that business is authorised to provide the specific investment services it advertises.
  • A safe broker: the business has credible custody, withdrawal, complaint, and investor-protection arrangements.

Only the second and third questions meaningfully address the risk of depositing money.

How to verify YesTrading’s regulation

Start with YesTrading’s legal documents, not its marketing pages. Look for the exact legal name, company number, registered address, regulator, licence number, permitted activities, and official domain. If those details are missing or inconsistent, stop before sending funds.

  1. Find the legal entity. Check the footer, client agreement, privacy policy, and risk disclosure. “YesTrading” may be only a brand name.
  2. Identify the claimed regulator. A genuine licence claim should name a regulator and provide a licence or registration number. “Internationally regulated” is not a regulator.
  3. Search the regulator’s own register. Type the regulator’s web address manually. Do not use a link supplied by a salesperson. Search the exact legal entity and compare the authorised website, address, phone number, and permitted activities.
  4. Check the warning list. Regulators sometimes publish warnings about unauthorised firms or clone websites. A missing warning is not approval, but a warning is a decisive reason not to deposit.
  5. Check the domain. A regulator’s register may identify the authorised website. A close spelling, different top-level domain, or unrelated contact address can indicate an impersonation site.

For example, a UK customer can search the FCA Firm Checker. An Australian customer can use ASIC’s professional registers. A U.S. customer should check the CFTC and NFA’s BASIC database. Residents elsewhere should use their national securities or financial-services regulator.

A company-registration search is not enough. Incorporation proves that a company exists; it does not prove that the company may accept retail forex deposits.

Why the jurisdiction matters

Forex and CFD protection varies sharply by country. Depending on the regulator and product, protections may include capital requirements, conduct rules, leverage limits, client-money controls, negative-balance protection, dispute procedures, and compensation schemes. An offshore registration may offer considerably less protection—or no protection that is practical for a retail customer in another country.

Do not assume that a broker is authorised in your country merely because it holds a foreign company registration or a licence from another jurisdiction. A licence may also cover a narrower activity than retail forex dealing. The words “dealing,” “introducing,” “portfolio management,” and “technology provider” do not mean the same thing.

YesTrading’s most important risk: unverifiable withdrawals

The strongest practical test is whether a broker explains withdrawals clearly before accepting money. Read the client agreement and fee schedule for:

  • the available withdrawal methods;
  • the expected processing time;
  • identity and source-of-funds checks;
  • return-to-source rules for card deposits;
  • bank, card, and currency-conversion fees;
  • any minimum withdrawal or account-closure requirements.

Normal compliance checks can delay a withdrawal. They do not justify an endless series of new payments. Never pay a separate “tax,” “unlocking fee,” “security deposit,” “insurance charge,” “VIP upgrade,” or “profit release fee” to receive your own balance. A legitimate tax obligation is generally paid to the relevant tax authority, not to a broker’s personal wallet or an account manager’s cryptocurrency address.

Requests to deposit more money before a withdrawal is processed are a classic advance-fee warning sign. Stop communicating through the salesperson, preserve the evidence, and contact your bank or card provider immediately.

Trading conditions are not proof of legitimacy

A YesTrading account may show spreads, leverage, a balance, and open trades. None of these proves that the displayed prices are independently sourced or that the balance is withdrawable. Be cautious about claims such as:

  • guaranteed returns or “risk-free” trading;
  • managed accounts that never lose;
  • exclusive signals promising precise profits;
  • pressure to increase the deposit to unlock better returns;
  • social-media testimonials with no independently verifiable account history;
  • remote-access requests for AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or similar software.

High leverage can make a small account appear active while exposing the customer to rapid losses. A broker’s advertised platform—whether MetaTrader, a web terminal, or a mobile app—is not a regulatory credential.

Warning signs to check before depositing

Warning sign Why it matters What to do
No clearly named legal entity You may not know who holds your money or whom to pursue. Do not deposit until the entity is disclosed and independently checked.
Licence number cannot be found in an official register The claim may be false, expired, or unrelated to forex services. Ask the regulator directly; do not rely on a certificate PDF.
Contact begins through WhatsApp, Telegram, or social media These channels make impersonation and pressure tactics easy. Verify the person through the broker’s official contact details.
Guaranteed or unusually consistent profits Forex trading involves substantial loss risk. Assume the claim is promotional or deceptive.
Withdrawal requires another payment This is a classic advance-fee pattern. Do not send more money.
Crypto-only funding or payment to a personal wallet Payments may be difficult or impossible to reverse. Use extreme caution and verify the beneficiary.
Urgency to deposit today Pressure prevents proper due diligence. Walk away. A legitimate broker can wait.

If you already deposited with YesTrading

  1. Do not make another payment. Do not pay a fee to release a balance or to recover earlier funds.
  2. Request a withdrawal in writing. Use the official email or client portal and keep the request factual. Do not argue with an account manager.
  3. Save evidence. Keep statements, transaction IDs, wallet addresses, emails, chats, screenshots, contracts, and the website URL. Export the trading history if possible.
  4. Contact the payment provider. Ask your bank or card issuer whether a transaction dispute, recall, or chargeback is available. Explain that you believe the investment service may be unauthorised or fraudulent. Speed matters.
  5. Report the firm. Send the evidence to your national financial regulator and, where relevant, the police or cybercrime reporting service.
  6. Secure your accounts. Change passwords, revoke remote-access software, enable two-factor authentication, and monitor bank and crypto accounts.
  7. Ignore recovery scammers. Anyone promising to recover the money for an upfront fee may be targeting victims a second time.

What would change this assessment?

The assessment would improve if YesTrading could be matched to a named, currently authorised legal entity in an official regulator register; if the register confirms permission for retail forex or CFD services; if the website domain matches the authorised record; and if the broker provides a transparent, enforceable withdrawal policy.

Even then, regulation does not eliminate trading risk. It does, however, give a customer a meaningful place to verify the firm and pursue a complaint. Without that independently verifiable trail, the broker’s own assurances are not enough.

FAQ

Is YesTrading regulated?

I cannot verify a current regulatory authorisation for YesTrading from the evidence available for this review. Check the exact legal entity and licence number in the official register of the claimed regulator before depositing.

Does a company registration prove YesTrading is safe?

No. A company can be incorporated without being authorised to provide retail forex or CFD services. Company registration and financial-services licensing are separate checks.

Should I pay a fee to withdraw money from YesTrading?

No. Do not pay an advance tax, security deposit, insurance fee, VIP upgrade, or profit-release charge to access your balance. Contact your bank or card provider instead and preserve all communications.

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.

Can I recover money sent to YesTrading?

Possibly, depending on how and when you paid. Contact your bank, card issuer, payment service, or crypto exchange immediately, report the suspected fraud, and provide transaction records. Recovery is not guaranteed.

Is forex trading itself a scam?

No. Forex is a legitimate financial market, but retail customers can lose money quickly, especially with leverage. The safety question concerns the broker, its authorisation, custody arrangements, and withdrawal practices.

The Bottom Line

Bottom line: YesTrading should be regarded as unverified and high risk unless its legal entity and retail-forex authorisation can be confirmed independently through an official regulator. Do not deposit based on marketing claims, testimonials, or a platform demonstration. If anyone connected with YesTrading asks for additional money to release a withdrawal, stop paying and contact your payment provider immediately.
