Bill Belichick’s Nantucket cottage at 3 North Gully Road sold for a reported $3.795 million in November 2025. It had been listed in August for $3.895 million—often rounded to $3.9 million—so the final reported price was $100,000 below asking.
Did Bill Belichick sell his Nantucket cottage?
Yes. The cottage in Siasconset, a village on Nantucket, was reported sold on November 25, 2025. Boston.com reported the sale price as $3.795 million. The August listing price of $3.895 million is not the sale price.
The sale concerned this cottage, not all of Belichick’s Nantucket real estate. Contemporary reports said he retained other properties on the island.

The reported price is the sale figure in Boston.com’s November 2025 coverage; the available reporting does not identify the buyer, explain the sale’s motive, or establish Belichick’s personal plans. Belichick had described the island fondly in a 2017 interview with N Magazine: “The island is spectacular. The people are great, fishing, bike paths, the lighthouses, the beach, the history — I mean it’s got it all.”
