Personal Assistant

Assistant Section Officer
The stated requirements include a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or equivalent, prescribed computer proficiency and qualifying computer skill tests.
Assistant Director
Assistant Director streams have distinct requirements. For example, the Finance stream specifies relevant professional, accounting or finance qualifications and experience, while Marketing & Consumer Affairs requires a relevant postgraduate qualification and specified experience.

How could candidates apply or raise a query?
Applications were accepted online only during the stated 2024 window. BIS’s advertisement page directed applicants who encountered problems with the online form to its Candidate Grievance Redressal System and said queries received up to 1000 hours on 30 September 2024 would be entertained.
