Who founded the shop, and what did it serve?
The report named sisters Allana and Jess Ngo as Saigon The Go’s founders. Its opening menu included banh mi, noodle bowls, rice paper rolls and Vietnamese coffee; those items describe the menu at opening, not necessarily what is available now.
PerthNow quoted Allana Ngo describing the business’s focus: “Our passion for Vietnamese food and culture is at the heart of everything we do.” She also said, “We’re excited to connect more with our community through this new space.”

What did the business say about community donations?
PerthNow reported that Saigon The Go pledged five per cent of profits to Australia-run non-profits supporting communities in Vietnam. This was a reported business commitment, not an independently audited donation total. The available reporting does not establish whether the pledge remains in effect or how much has been donated.

Current operating status, hours, menu and ordering details are not verified by the opening report. The Australian Good Food Guide’s Osborne Park vegetarian-options directory lists Saigon The Go, but a directory listing alone does not confirm that a venue is currently trading.

For a visit, confirm the address, opening hours and available menu directly with the business before setting out; the historical opening coverage and directory listing are not enough to establish those details.
