This is a historical update: the 2025 cycle has since progressed to result notices. Candidates checking an old card or announcement should confirm they are looking at the 2025 cycle, not the separate CGL 2026 advertisement.
What happened to the APSSB CGL 2025 admit card?
APSSB’s notice index lists “Notice for downloading of Admit Cards for Combined Graduate Level Examination – 2025,” dated 28 May 2025. The index also lists a stenography proficiency test result on 29 May, a provisional result notice on 24 June, and a final result notice for post codes 04/25 and 05/25 on 2 July 2025. These later notices mean the 2025 cycle is no longer at the admit-card stage.
Check the dated entries on the official APSSB notice index. The index confirms the notice title and date, but the retrieved listing does not establish the exam date, shift, venue or reporting time. Those details must come from the linked notice or the individual candidate’s admit card.
How to download an APSSB admit card
APSSB’s FAQ says candidates can download an admit card by visiting the Board’s official website and logging in with their credentials.

- Go to the APSSB official website and find the notice for the relevant examination cycle.
- Open the admit-card download option and log in using your candidate credentials.
- Download and check your own admit card. Use the dates, shift, venue and reporting instructions printed on that card rather than details from an unrelated notice or third-party post.
APSSB’s FAQ does not specify credential-recovery steps in the information cited here. If you cannot log in, use the contact instructions on the official site rather than relying on an unofficial download page.
What to do if your admit card has an error
For a discrepancy, APSSB directs candidates to email the helpdesk with applicant and identity details, or call the listed helpline numbers during the reporting window printed on the admit card. Follow the contact details and timing given in the official FAQ and on your individual card: APSSB FAQ.

How to distinguish the 2025 and 2026 CGL cycles
The Board’s advertisement listing dates the CGL 2025 advertisement to 11 April 2025 and separately lists a CGL 2026 advertisement dated 9 March 2026. Check the cycle and notice date before acting on an announcement; the 2026 advertisement is not an update to the 2025 admit-card notice. The dates appear in the APSSB advertisement listing.
