What the 3,306-post notification covered
The October 2024 recruitment was for staff in Uttar Pradesh district courts, across four post groups: Stenographer Grade III, Group C clerical cadre, Driver Grade IV, and Group D. The High Court published detailed advertisements by post group, and the National Testing Agency conducted the examinations. Eligibility varied by post
The abridged advertisement set the general age range at 18 to 40 years as of 1 July 2024. Reservation was to be handled under applicable Uttar Pradesh government orders as adopted by the High Court. The qualification summaries below are from that abridged notice; each detailed post-group advertisement controls for technical requirements, category rules, and selection conditions.

Stenographer Grade III
Applicants needed a graduation qualification, a stenography diploma or certificate, a NIELIT (DOEACC) CCC certificate, and the specified Hindi or English computer typing speeds.
Junior Assistant and Paid Apprentice
The stated requirements included Intermediate qualification, a NIELIT (DOEACC) CCC certificate, and the specified Hindi or English computer typing speeds.
Driver Grade IV
The abridged notice required High School and a four-wheeler driving licence held for at least three years.
Group D
Requirements depended on the job title. Tube Well Operator-cum-Electrician required Junior High School and a one-year ITI or equivalent certificate; Process Server required High School. Several orderly, peon, watchman, waterman, sweeper, mali, and related posts required Junior High School, while Sweeper-cum-Farrash required Class VI.

The official notices also direct candidates to High Court and NTA channels for authoritative information. The abridged notice includes legacy pay-band and grade-pay entries; those figures should not be read as current take-home salary.
Application and result timeline
- 4–24 October 2024: Application period.
- 26–27 October 2024: Scheduled correction window.
- 5 February 2025: The High Court announced Stage-I written examination results. Read the Stage-I results notice.
- 16 April 2025: The High Court declared final results and reported revised vacancy counts.
The application and correction dates have passed. This is a historical recruitment notice, not an open application opportunity. The final-results notice said selections were provisional, subject to any pending writ petitions.

Applicants checking past results or future recruitment announcements should rely on the High Court’s official notices and the NTA channels identified there, rather than messages promising selection. The joint High Court–NTA Group C advertisement cautioned: “Candidates are advised not to be allured by various claims of any party or person for qualifying The Uttar Pradesh Civil Court Staff Centralized Recruitment: 2024–25 of the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad.” See the official Group C advertisement.
