Delta’s Atlanta–Riyadh nonstop service is scheduled to start October 23, 2026. The airline plans daily flights for October 23–30, then three flights per week on an Airbus A350-900. As of October 7, 2026, the launch is still in the future: Delta has announced the service, but the inaugural flight has not yet taken place.
Does Delta fly nonstop to Saudi Arabia?
Delta says Riyadh will be its first destination in Saudi Arabia and describes the route as the first nonstop U.S.–Riyadh service operated by a U.S. airline. That distinction is Delta’s claim, not an independently audited assessment of the market. The airline first announced the route in October 2025 and reaffirmed its planned start date and initial schedule in an update published August 5, 2026.
Delta describes the route as more than 7,000 miles. Its 2025 announcement said the service would connect Riyadh travelers through Atlanta to more than 150 U.S. cities with one stop, and that Delta served more than 300 destinations worldwide. These are figures published by Delta, not independent network statistics. Delta’s October 27, 2025 announcement
