Apollo’s public pricing page lists plans from free to $119 per seat per month on annual billing, but the plan price is only part of the bill. Your actual cost depends on seat count, billing term, credit use, recurring add-ons, and applicable taxes. The figures below are Apollo’s displayed prices checked October 7, 2026; Apollo calls them introductory and subject to change, so confirm the final amount at checkout.
What Apollo’s published plans cost
Apollo lists four plans. Paid prices shown below are per seat per month with annual billing; they are not whole-team prices. Apollo says all seats in an account use the same plan, so a team cannot assign a cheaper tier to light users and a higher tier only to heavy users.
| Plan | Published price and commitment | Credit allowance and timing | Seat minimum |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 900 credits per seat per year, granted monthly | Not stated |
| Basic | $49 per seat per month, billed annually | 30,000 credits per seat per year, granted upfront | Not stated |
| Professional | $79 per seat per month, billed annually | 48,000 credits per seat per year, granted upfront | Not stated |
| Organization | $119 per seat per month, billed annually | 72,000 credits per seat per year, granted upfront | Three seats |
These are Apollo-published figures, not independent estimates. Applicable taxes are extra, and the plan page warns that pricing and features may change. Because Organization requires at least three seats, its displayed rate does not represent a one-seat starting cost. For any paid plan, multiply the per-seat rate by the seats you need only as a way to understand the annual commitment; the monthly equivalent is not a month-to-month bill.
What credits pay for—and what they do not guarantee
Credits are a usage allowance for certain Apollo activities, not seats, a cash balance, or an unlimited-use promise. Apollo identifies contact email and phone access, enrichment, AI research, and some API operations as activities that may consume credits. Its pricing page also mentions contact details, warmup, domains and mailboxes, and AI-researched data. The amount used can depend on the action, data returned, plan, and whether the data is verified or new; there is no single universal cost per contact supported across all cases.
#1 Best Overall
Unused credits expire at the end of the billing cycle rather than rolling over. Apollo’s help documentation says annual-plan credits renew at the start of the annual billing cycle, while monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual billing renews at the start of the applicable cycle. The public plan page describes some tier allotments as granted monthly or upfront, so check your account’s Plan Overview and balance for the actual cadence attached to your subscription. Legacy plans can have different credit behavior.
How billing terms affect the bill
Apollo describes monthly billing as month-to-month at a higher effective monthly price, and annual billing as a lower monthly rate in exchange for a full-year upfront commitment. The annual prices in the table should therefore not be read as a promise that you can pay that amount one month at a time.
Rank #2
Apollo’s pricing page says moving from an annual plan to monthly billing requires canceling and waiting for the annual term to expire; it also describes how upgrades and downgrades are handled. Subscription terms can change, so review your current Plan Overview and checkout details before changing terms. Apollo’s own calculator is an estimate, not a guaranteed invoice: it asks for team size, use case, expected usage, add-ons, and billing frequency, and says the final price appears at checkout and may vary with the selected plan and options.
Add-ons can turn a base price into a larger recurring charge
Apollo’s pricing page displays two add-ons at $119 per team per month when billed annually. These are team-level charges, not per-seat rates.

| Add-on | Displayed price | What Apollo describes |
|---|---|---|
| Inbound | $119 per team per month, billed annually | Visitor and form features |
| Advanced Dialer | $119 per team per month, billed annually | International, parallel, and power dialing, plus local presence |
Confirm eligibility and availability in your account before budgeting for an add-on. Apollo says add-on credits renew automatically each billing cycle until removed; its pricing page instructs users to remove them before renewal to stop future charges. A mid-cycle add-on credit purchase is charged in full rather than prorated, according to Apollo’s help documentation. Include recurring add-ons in the ongoing cost, not just the initial checkout total.
How to estimate what your team will really pay
- Choose the tier around actual usage. Compare the plan features and limits your team needs—such as sequences, enrichment, recordings, integrations, workflows, or dialer access—alongside its published credit allowance. Do not pick based only on the headline price.
- Count seats using one shared plan. Apply the listed per-seat rate to every seat, and account for Organization’s three-seat minimum. Apollo says all account seats are on the same plan.
- Choose the billing term deliberately. Annual billing offers a lower displayed monthly rate but commits the full year upfront; monthly billing costs more per month in exchange for flexibility.
- Forecast credit use and renewal timing. Identify which actions consume credits for your workflow, then compare projected use with your plan’s allocation and cycle. Credits that remain unused at cycle end expire.
- Add recurring options and taxes. Include any eligible add-ons and applicable taxes, and check whether add-on credits are set to renew.
- Use Apollo’s calculator, then verify checkout. Enter team size, use case, usage, add-ons, and billing frequency in Apollo’s pricing calculator. Treat the result as an estimate; Apollo says checkout shows the final price, which may vary with the options selected.
If you use Apollo’s API
API costs and constraints are not captured by treating a plan’s credit allowance as a blanket data entitlement. Apollo says some endpoints consume credits, with usage depending on the endpoint and returned data; legacy-plan behavior may differ. Rate limits are a separate constraint from credits, so a higher request limit does not mean unlimited enrichment. Check the endpoint-specific documentation and your plan before estimating API-driven usage.

Sources and pricing date
Plan and add-on figures are from Apollo’s pricing page, checked October 7, 2026. Credit rules are described in Apollo’s credits help article. The calculator’s estimate caveat is in Apollo’s pricing calculator guide, updated September 3, 2026. API credit and rate-limit details appear in Apollo’s API pricing documentation. All are Apollo sources; they establish what Apollo publishes, not independent evidence of data quality, deliverability, or customer savings.
