AAI’s recruitment dashboard lists 490 Junior Executive posts in Advertisement No. 02/2024/CHQ and identifies the selection route as GATE 2024. The associated AAI-hosted advertisement is titled “Recruitment of Junior Executives through GATE 2024” and is dated 16 February 2024. AAI recruitment dashboard · Advertisement No. 02/2024/CHQ
Which disciplines were included?
The advertisement excerpt names Junior Executive roles in five disciplines:
- Architecture
- Engineering (Civil)

- Information Technology
The excerpt supports the list of disciplines, but the available material does not establish a complete category-wise vacancy breakdown. Do not treat the total of 490 as a per-discipline or category allocation.

Is the AAI JE 2024 application still open?
No. AAI’s official records show the cycle progressed to application verification. The press-note page lists verification schedules for the five disciplines dated 26 June 2024, a call-letter link for application verification dated 12 July 2024, and a further recruitment notice dated 24 June 2025. Those entries confirm later recruitment activity; they do not, by themselves, establish appointment or final-result status for every candidate. AAI recruitment press notes
For a new application, use AAI’s recruitment dashboard and check the advertisement for the specific post and cycle. Do not rely on an old application link or assume that a later update to the 2024 listing means applications have reopened.

Because the PDF was not directly readable in the source record available for this article, confirm the wording and any detailed instructions against a readable copy of the official advertisement before relying on them.

- Open AAI’s recruitment dashboard.
- Locate the current advertisement by post title and advertisement number; do not confuse it with Advertisement No. 02/2024/CHQ.
- Open the current notice and check its application status, eligibility, dates, fee, and selection process directly in that notice.
- Use any application portal linked from the current AAI notice, rather than an old 2024 link or an unofficial listing.
Applicants preparing for a future GATE-linked AAI recruitment can choose practice materials that match their discipline and edition and include previous-year GATE questions. Buying a book is optional; the 2024 AAI notice does not endorse a particular resource or make one a condition of selection.
