The application period ran from 4 to 24 October 2024, with fee payment through 25 October. The cycle has since moved through examinations and results: the Allahabad High Court listed final results on 16 April 2025 and published cutoff and scorecard information in October 2025.
What recruitment did the notice cover?
The recruitment was for staff posts in Uttar Pradesh district courts. The High Court’s 2024 notice covered four cadres: Stenographer Grade-III, Junior Assistant and related Group C posts, Driver Grade-IV, and Group D posts. The Group C and Group D advertisements were separate, with different job requirements and selection stages.

The High Court’s abridged advertisement dated 1 October 2024 stated: “The link for submission of Online Application Form will remain active from 04.10.2024 to 24.10.2024.” That date range is historical, not an upcoming application window. How many Group C and Group D vacancies were advertised?
The High Court listed 1,054 Group C vacancies and 1,639 Group D vacancies. Their combined total is 2,693, calculated from the two cadre figures; the Court’s separate 3,306-post total covered all four cadres, including Stenographer Grade-III and Driver Grade-IV.

These are figures in the High Court’s 2024 notices. The notices cautioned that vacancies could change and that reservation would follow applicable Uttar Pradesh government orders and High Court adoption. The detailed Group C advertisement and detailed Group D advertisement give the cadre-specific details.
What were the eligibility requirements?
The broad age range was 18–40 years as of 1 July 2024, subject to applicable reservation and age-relaxation rules. Education and certificates varied by post; there was no single qualification for every Group D role.

Group C
Applicants needed Intermediate (Class XII), a NIELIT CCC certificate, and computer typing ability in Hindi and English at the speeds specified in the detailed notice: 25 words per minute in Hindi and 30 words per minute in English. The notice is the authority for the full post-specific conditions.
Group D
- Tubewell Operator-cum-Electrician: Junior High School (Class VIII) and a one-year ITI or equivalent certificate.
- Process Server: High School (Class X).
- Orderly/Peon and several other listed roles: Junior High School (Class VIII).
- Sweeper-cum-Farrash: Class VI.
The listed Group D roles also included Chowkidar, Waterman, Sweeper, Mali, Coolie, Bhisti and Liftman. Exact qualifications and conditions should be checked against the official Group D notice, rather than inferred from a general description of the cadre.

How did selection differ between Group C and Group D?

The Group C typing test was not part of the Group D process described in the notices. Subject distribution and detailed selection rules are in the respective Group C advertisement and Group D advertisement.
What were the application dates and fees?
Applications were online only. The detailed advertisements were dated 4 October 2024; applications could be submitted from 4 through 24 October, fee transactions could be completed through 25 October, and the online correction window was 26–27 October. These deadlines have passed.

Because the stated scorecard access period has ended, candidates seeking remaining administrative information should consult current notices on the official High Court recruitment page or the NTA channel linked there. Candidate-specific access or any later arrangements should not be assumed from the expired scorecard notice.
