When was Amazon Prime Day in October 2025?
Amazon’s U.S. announcement on September 15, 2025, set Prime Big Deal Days for October 7–8, with the sale opening at 12:01 a.m. PDT on October 7. Amazon’s recap describes the U.S. event as 48 hours and gives its closing time as 11:59 p.m. PDT on October 8. The dates refer to the October event, not Amazon’s separate summer Prime Day sale.
What were the early deals?
Amazon’s September 2025 announcement promoted early offers ahead of the event as a way for Prime members to start holiday shopping. Examples included a curated “Top 25 Early Holiday Gift Deals” list featuring brands such as Clinique, De’Longhi, Samsung and UGG; Amazon Brand products, including pantry goods and Amazon Essentials clothing; selected Amazon devices; Kindle books; and a limited-time Amazon Fresh grocery offer.
Amazon advertised up to 50% off selected Amazon devices, up to 80% off Kindle books, and up to 40% off festive décor and entertaining essentials. Those were Amazon’s promotional claims for 2025—not verified comparisons with typical market prices, and not offers available now. The company also promoted deals across categories including beauty, electronics, bedding, toys, home, kitchen, fashion, Halloween, snacks and pantry products.

Was the event available outside the U.S.?
Yes. Amazon described the 2025 event as running in multiple markets, including Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, the U.S. and the UK. Colombia, Ireland and Mexico were identified as first-time participating markets. These details describe the 2025 event and do not establish participation in later years.
Timing was localized by market. Amazon UK announced that its event ran from 00:01 on October 7 to 23:59 on October 8, local time. U.S. PDT hours should not be applied to other countries; regional details depended on the local Amazon store, and the announcements do not establish identical deal terms in every market.

Prime Big Deal Days 2025 has ended, so its dates and early offers are historical. Amazon’s U.S. announcement described millions of deals for Prime members, while its recap said the event spanned more than 35 categories. Those figures describe Amazon’s own promotion and recap, not an independent assessment of savings.
