Inside Jennifer Lawrence’s Former Beverly Hills Mansion—and What It Sold For

Reports describe Jennifer Lawrence’s former Beverly Hills home as a roughly 5,500-square-foot, Hamptons-inspired property. The $7 million headline differs from later reports of an $8.2 million purchase.

Jennifer Lawrence’s former Beverly Hills home was reported as a roughly 5,500-square-foot, Hamptons-inspired property with landscaped grounds, a pool and a koi pond. The “$7 million” figure comes from ¡HOLA!’s account; Architectural Digest and Realtor.com later reported that she bought the house for about $8.2 million in 2014. Realtor.com reported an $11 million off-market sale in September 2025, followed by an $11.5 million listing in April 2026. That listing report does not establish whether the home is currently available.

Why the $7 million price needs context

¡HOLA!’s March 2022 account used a $7 million figure for Lawrence’s Beverly Hills home. Architectural Digest’s January 2026 overview and Realtor.com’s September 2025 report both put her 2014 purchase price at about $8.2 million. The reviewed accounts do not explain the difference, so $7 million should be treated as one published figure, not a settled transaction price.

Realtor.com later reported that the property sold off-market for $11 million in September 2025, then returned to the market at $11.5 million in April 2026. The latter is a reported asking price at that time, not proof of a completed sale or present-day availability. These reported prices do not establish the seller’s profit: renovation costs, taxes, fees and other carrying costs are not provided.

What the home was like

Architectural Digest describes the house as a 1991-built, Hamptons-inspired residence of about 5,500 square feet. ¡HOLA! reported 5,550 square feet. Both place it in Beverly Hills; Realtor.com’s 2026 listing coverage identifies the neighborhood as Hidden Valley Estates. The differing area figures are small reporting discrepancies, not proof of two different properties.

Descriptions of the bedroom and bathroom count also vary. Architectural Digest gives five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms; Realtor.com’s 2026 account of the listing says five bedrooms and six bathrooms; ¡HOLA! gives five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. These are source-specific descriptions, so there is no single count established across the reports.

A look inside, according to the later listing

Entry and living rooms

Realtor.com’s April 2026 coverage of the listing describes an entry with custom marble flooring and a sweeping staircase. The living room is described as having floor-to-ceiling windows and a marble fireplace. A separate family room reportedly included built-in shelves, a private bar, a beverage refrigerator and an icemaker. These details come from the later listing description, not an independent inspection.

Kitchen and dining area

The listing description cited by Realtor.com named a La Cornue range, a built-in Miele coffee system and a Carrara marble island. It said the kitchen opened to a formal dining area, with a window-side breakfast nook offering access to the backyard. The report describes the home as renovated and attributes the design to AD100 firm Clements Design; it does not establish who selected each fixture or independently verify the design credit.

Bedrooms and renovations

Architectural Digest reported that Lawrence renovated the house and turned two bedrooms into a dressing and glam room and a separate living space. Realtor.com’s 2025 account said an earlier listing marketed four bedrooms because two rooms had been converted into a dressing room and sitting area. That helps explain why room counts in coverage can differ: some accounts describe the original or nominal bedroom count, while others reflect converted rooms or a later listing’s presentation.

Landscaped grounds and outdoor features

The property’s grounds are a prominent part of the published descriptions. ¡HOLA! mentioned mature trees, landscaped grounds, an outdoor lap pool and a koi pond. Realtor.com’s later listing account described a secluded pool, grassy lounging area, outdoor fireplace, fire pit, koi pond and outdoor seating. These are reported property and listing details, rather than a guarantee of the current condition of the grounds.

Did Jennifer Lawrence live there?

Buying the property does not establish that Lawrence personally occupied it or used it as her primary home. Realtor.com’s September 2025 report said records suggested the purchase may have been intended as a California base for her parents, while explicitly noting that it was unclear whether Lawrence lived there. The reports support describing it as her former property, not asserting a personal living arrangement.
