What is AT&T THANKS?
AT&T THANKS is AT&T’s customer benefits program. Its benefits page groups offers and services across entertainment, music, dining, magazines, events and customer support. Who may be eligible?
AT&T lists postpaid wireless, DIRECTV, U-verse TV and certain AT&T internet services among the qualifying services. Eligibility is subject to account standing, service and plan restrictions, and the terms of the specific benefit. Having access to THANKS generally does not mean every offer is available to every customer.
The page lists exclusions that include data-only and prepaid wireless, specified internet types, Cricket, AT&T PREPAID, business accounts and AT&T employees. AT&T also describes restrictions that may prevent some people from accepting gifts. Check the relevant offer’s rules and your account rather than assuming that a service name alone qualifies you.

Signature Program members
AT&T says eligible Signature Program members can access THANKS, subject to applicable eligibility and offer restrictions. Groups that may qualify for the Signature Program include corporate employees or qualified personnel, government agency employees, union and association members, and college or university employees or students. How AT&T THANKS tiers work
AT&T says tiers are based on the number and type of qualifying services associated with an account in good standing. Adding a qualifying service may move an account to a higher tier. AT&T states that the new tier is reflected within 45 days of activation; if a qualifying service is cancelled, the account may stay in the higher tier for approximately 90 days before moving to a tier based on the remaining active services. These are AT&T’s stated processing terms, not a guarantee of a specific account’s tier or timing.

What benefits does the program include?
AT&T’s benefits page lists categories such as event access, movie-ticket offers, music experiences, magazine access, dining offers and support services. The exact benefits and redemption rules can vary by offer. For a specific perk, check the current offer details for eligibility, tier or account requirements, location, availability, redemption deadline and exclusions.
Some offer terms displayed on the page include historical end dates. Those examples do not establish that an offer is active now. Review the current offer in your AT&T account or on the relevant offer page before making plans or assuming a benefit is available.

How to check your benefits
- Open AT&T’s THANKS benefits page and review the available benefit categories and tier information.
- Sign in to your AT&T account and check which offers are shown for your services and account.
- Open the terms for the particular offer. Confirm its eligibility rules, any location or inventory limits, redemption deadline and exclusions before trying to redeem it.
If an expected benefit is missing, first verify that the service and account meet the offer’s terms. A general program description does not confirm account-specific eligibility or current offer availability.
