Hindustan Times reported on 19 December 2023 that the admit card had been released. Its report described 27 December 2023 as the tentative date for the computer-based examination; that should not be read as confirmation of a final schedule. Read the dated report.
There is a date discrepancy in the records: AAI’s recruitment dashboard displays an admit-card update dated 21 October 2023, earlier than the public release date reported by Hindustan Times. The dashboard date is an update field, not a confirmed public release date, so the two dates should not be treated as interchangeable.

How to download the AAI Junior Executive (ATC) admit card
The reported 2023 route was through AAI’s Careers section. These steps describe the historical process, not a guarantee that the old link remains active.
- Go to AAI’s recruitment dashboard and check the current Careers and recruitment announcements.
- At the time, candidates were directed to select the Junior Executive (Air Traffic Control) admit-card link.
- Log in with the application sequence number and password specified in AAI’s 2023 notification.
- Submit the login details and download the admit card if the relevant portal is available. The contemporary report recommended keeping a printout for reference.
What to do if the old link does not open
The 2023 download endpoint’s present availability is not established. For current recruitment notices, use AAI’s official Careers and recruitment pages rather than relying on a historical direct link or a third-party portal. AAI’s notice says no printed admit-card copy would be sent by post or courier.
