The standout subscription deal was Amazon’s $79 annual Prime membership for eligible veterans and active-duty military members. These promotions have expired; the terms below describe the 2019 offers, not deals available today.
What Veterans Day deals were available in 2019?
National roundups from Patch, BGR and VA News listed restaurant offers, retail and grocery discounts, travel and attraction perks, and services such as haircuts. The lists were collections of business-specific promotions, not guarantees that every location participated. Eligibility, proof of service, dates and other restrictions differed by offer.
Veterans Day is observed each year on November 11. The Department of Veterans Affairs says it began as Armistice Day and was renamed Veterans Day in 1954 to honor American veterans of all wars. The 2019 offers below were tied to November 11 or to short windows around that date.

Patch, BGR and VA News named the businesses below; their listings did not establish that every location offered the same item or accepted the promotion. Check the conditions recorded for each offer, and do not assume a listed restaurant offered a free meal unless that is stated.
