What Air Premia announced for 2025
On December 20, 2024, Air Premia announced its sixth Boeing 787-9 and said it planned to add three more aircraft in 2025. The airline described an expansion sequence: Da Nang and Hong Kong first, followed by Honolulu and Seattle. The airline’s public relations head, Seung-shin Park, said: “We are developing a balanced route portfolio to enhance both customer convenience and profitability.” This was the company’s stated rationale, not evidence of actual route profitability or demand.
Air Premia Honolulu flights in 2025
Summer schedule: July 2 to October 25
Air Premia’s July 3, 2025 notice lists Incheon (ICN)–Honolulu (HNL) flight YP151 for July 2 through October 25, 2025. The notice revised the listed departure from 22:10 to 22:30 and arrival from 11:50 to 12:10, describing the departure as 20 minutes later than originally scheduled. These are the notice’s displayed times; it does not specify time zones in the information summarized here, so they should not be compared or converted as if a time zone were stated. Winter 2025/26 schedule period
A September 18, 2025 notice covering October 26, 2025 through March 28, 2026 also lists Honolulu among affected routes. For YP151, it revises the displayed schedule from 22:30–11:50 to 22:50–12:10. The notice is evidence that Honolulu remained in the airline’s schedule planning for that period, not a guarantee that a particular date remains available now. Did Air Premia start flights to Seattle?
The December 2024 announcement says Seattle was planned, but the airline notices cited here do not confirm a Seattle launch. The September schedule notice names Honolulu among affected routes and does not name Seattle; that alone does not prove Seattle never operated, because the notice is not a complete statement of every route. Based on these dated notices, Seattle service in 2025 remains unverified.

What Air Premia said about its 787-9 cabin
In its December 2024 release, Air Premia described a 344-seat Boeing 787-9 configuration with 35 premium economy seats and 309 economy seats. It also said it planned to upgrade economy seating to 33-inch pitch. Those figures and the planned upgrade are the airline’s statements, not independently audited aircraft details; the pitch was described as an upgrade plan, not a guarantee for every aircraft or flight. The schedule notices are historical, and airline schedules can change seasonally. For a trip, check the airline’s current booking results for the specific dates and confirm the operating route, departure and arrival times with their time zones, nonstop availability, fare, baggage allowance, cabin terms, and change or cancellation rules. The notices do not establish current fares, frequencies, or Seattle availability.
