AIIMS Rishikesh advertised 700 short-term posts in May 2021 for a three-month assignment at a COVID Care Hospital in IDPL, Rishikesh. The walk-in interview window ran from May 10 to May 31, 2021, and has ended; this is not an open 2026 recruitment drive.
What the 700-post notice covered
The May 11, 2021 corrigendum from AIIMS Rishikesh invited applicants to work at a 500-bed COVID Care Hospital at IDPL. The notice said the Government of Uttarakhand set up the hospital with assistance from DRDO and that AIIMS Rishikesh managed it. The assignment was for three months.
The published vacancies were divided among four roles:

The role counts and qualifications above are from the AIIMS Rishikesh corrigendum dated May 11, 2021. The notice does not provide a salary figure; it says only “Salary as per norms.” It also does not state age limits, an application fee, or a detailed selection rubric.

How selection and interviews worked
The notice specified “Selection by walk-in-interview.” Interviews were scheduled from May 10 through May 31, 2021, between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., at the Office of Dean Academics, AIIMS Rishikesh. Both the dates and the assignment have passed.

No. The 700-post notice was a time-limited 2021 drive, not a current vacancy. AIIMS Rishikesh’s recruitment listing shows separate advertisements in 2026, including later Senior Resident recruitment, but does not list this 2021 short-term drive as open. Check the AIIMS Rishikesh recruitment listing for current notices and their individual deadlines; do not rely on the old walk-in dates for an application.
