The official route for the CSIR-UGC NET June 2024 exam city-intimation slip was the NTA CSIR-UGC NET portal. NTA’s notices instructed candidates to sign in with their application number and date of birth. The exam was postponed and rescheduled for July 25–27, 2024; the current portal page no longer shows a city-slip download link, so access to an individual historical slip is not confirmed.
Official link to check for the June 2024 city slip
Use the official CSIR-UGC NET portal. If a candidate activity or city-intimation link for the June 2024 cycle is still available, NTA’s instructions say to enter the application number and date of birth. The official notices are useful for confirming the process, but they are not personalized download links:
- NTA’s June 15, 2024 city-intimation notice describes the original schedule and portal route.
- NTA’s July 16, 2024 revised city-intimation notice gives the revised schedule and the same portal route.
Is the historical slip still available?
Availability of an individual candidate’s June 2024 slip is not confirmed. The current visible portal page lists June 2024 certificate and score-card links, but does not show a city-slip download link. Check the portal for any candidate-specific activity still offered; do not treat the notice PDFs as a way to retrieve your own slip.
Why the schedule changed
NTA’s June 15, 2024 notice announced that the advance city-intimation slip was hosted for the original June 25–27 exam schedule. On June 21, NTA postponed those examinations, citing unavoidable circumstances and logistical issues, and said a revised schedule would follow. The June 21 postponement notice records that change.
#1 Best Overall
On July 16, NTA issued a revised schedule for July 25–27, 2024 and announced the city-intimation slip for that revised schedule on the official portal. Candidates were again directed to use their application number and date of birth.
What the city-intimation slip does—and does not—show
NTA described it as advance information about the allotted city where the examination centre would be located. It is not the admit card, and NTA said the admit card would be issued separately. The city slip should not be treated as a substitute for the admit card or as confirmation of the full centre address.
