A useful comparison is still possible, provided it is dated. The examples below describe the programs as their official pages currently present them, not as a historical 2024 ranking.
Why a definitive 2024 top five cannot be verified
A “crypto loyalty program” can mean very different things: reduced trading fees for high-volume users, benefits tied to account holdings or token commitments, or rewards on eligible card spending. A ranking that combines those models needs a stated scoring method and comparable historical terms. Neither the original shortlist nor such a method is established here.
Current terms cannot fill that historical gap. Crypto.com says Level Up launched on 6 November 2024, while OKX’s current VIP article was updated in September 2026. These dates do not establish what rewards, thresholds, or terms applied across 2024. A TokenInsight report uses product-availability data as of 31 January 2024, but it does not rank loyalty programs. TokenInsight’s report is therefore not evidence for a top-five list.

Crypto.com Level Up: benefits across services
Crypto.com’s Level Up information describes plan levels and benefits spanning services, including fee benefits, eligible card-spending rewards, and CRO-related rewards. Treat the rates, tier requirements, and conditions on the current Help Center page as changeable snapshots. Level Up is distinct from legacy cardholder staking or lockup arrangements; do not assume older arrangements describe today’s program, or that today’s terms applied throughout 2024.
Binance VIP: designed for users who qualify by activity
Binance describes VIP as a program for high-volume digital-asset traders and investors. Its listed benefits include discounted fees, custom limits, dedicated account coverage, and VIP portal access. The practical question is whether you meet the current qualification criteria through your own activity—not whether the benefit sounds attractive in isolation.

OKX’s VIP page describes tiers whose qualifications can depend on asset holdings or trading volume, with benefits varying by tier. The page’s September 2026 update makes it a source for the current program description, not a record of the exact 2024 rules.
How to decide whether a program is valuable to you
Compare programs within the same use case. A fee discount for a frequent trader is not directly comparable to a card reward or a benefit tied to holding a platform token. Before assigning value, check these factors:

- Qualification: Identify whether a benefit requires trading volume, assets held, a token stake or lockup, a subscription, or another action. Confirm the threshold in the provider’s current terms.
- Likely benefit to you: Estimate the value using your normal activity, not a hypothetical increase in trading or spending to reach a tier. A fee reduction has little value if you do not trade enough to use it.
- Cost and exposure: Account for any required trading, holding, or lockup, including the opportunity cost of committed funds and exposure to token-price changes. Advertised rewards are not guaranteed returns.
- Eligibility and geography: Verify that the program and its relevant product are available in your country and for your account. The official pages describe tiered programs; eligibility and benefits may differ by jurisdiction.
- Freshness: Record the date you checked the terms. Rates, thresholds, and regional availability can change, so an old comparison may no longer apply.
What can responsibly be said about 2024
The evidence supports a limited historical account, not a five-place ranking. Crypto.com dates Level Up’s launch to 6 November 2024, so its current program should not be described as if it existed in the same form for all of 2024. OKX’s present VIP description is dated to September 2026, and Binance’s current VIP page describes present qualification and benefits rather than supplying a verified historical comparison. The cited TokenInsight report’s product-availability data is dated 31 January 2024 and does not rank loyalty programs.
To publish a defensible historical top five, a writer would need the original candidate list and scoring method, plus contemporaneous 2024 terms for each candidate. Without those, presenting five programs in rank order would imply evidence that is not established.
