Only three currently marketed U.S. business cards in the reviewed issuer materials explicitly offer an introductory APR on balance transfers: U.S. Bank Business Shield Visa, U.S. Bank Triple Cash Rewards Visa Business Card, and State Farm Business Cash Rewards Visa Signature Card. Each advertises 0% APR for 12 billing cycles, but transfer deadlines and disclosed fees differ. A 0% offer is not automatically the cheapest choice: compare the fee with interest you would otherwise pay, then plan to clear the balance before the standard APR applies.
Which business cards currently offer a balance-transfer APR?
The table compares the currently marketed U.S. offers verified in issuer materials dated October 7, 2026. Offers and terms can change; check the issuer’s current pricing and card agreement before applying. “Not stated” means the cited product page did not establish that detail, not that the fee or restriction does not exist.

How to choose among the three offers
U.S. Bank Business Shield: a straightforward transfer-focused option
Business Shield is the clearest fit if the priority is moving eligible debt, rather than earning rewards on new spending. Its product page states that it has no annual fee, and its transfer terms disclose a 5% fee, a $5 minimum, a 30-day transfer window, and the exclusion for other U.S. Bank National Association accounts. Transfers requested with the application are not processed immediately: U.S. Bank says it holds them for 10 days. Review the current Business Shield offer and terms.
U.S. Bank Triple Cash: consider it if its business rewards match your spending
Triple Cash has the same stated 12-billing-cycle 0% transfer period and the same 5% fee, $5 minimum, 30-day deadline, and U.S. Bank-account exclusion as Business Shield. Its cash-back categories and eligible recurring software credit may be useful for a business that already spends in those areas. They do not reduce the cost of transferring debt, so assess them separately from the fee and your payoff plan. Review current Triple Cash benefits and terms.

State Farm Business Cash Rewards: verify the fee before comparing
The State Farm/U.S. Bank page gives a longer, 60-day window for transfers made after account opening and advertises 0% for 12 billing cycles. The cited product page does not establish the transfer fee. Check the linked terms for the fee, eligible accounts, and other conditions before treating this as a lower-cost option. How to tell whether a transfer will save money
Compare the one-time transfer fee with the interest you expect to avoid during the promotional period. For example, at a 5% fee, transferring $10,000 costs $500 before any interest savings; this is a calculation from the disclosed fee, not an issuer-published statistic. Your actual savings depend on the old card’s APR, how quickly you pay the balance down, the amount approved, and the new card’s terms.
Rank #2
- Confirm the new card’s offer explicitly covers balance transfers. A 0% introductory APR on purchases alone does not qualify.
- Check the transfer deadline, fee, excluded creditors, and whether the old account can be paid by a transfer from this issuer.
- Estimate the monthly payment needed to clear the balance during the 12 billing cycles. If you carry debt past the introductory period, the remaining amount may accrue interest at the standard APR.
- Account for the fee when estimating available credit: the transfer and fee are subject to approval and the card’s credit limit.
- Review the current agreement for the standard APR and any other applicable charges; do not assume the promotional rate continues after the offer ends.
How to complete a business-card balance transfer safely
- Check the terms before applying. Verify that balance transfers receive the promotional APR, that your existing creditor is eligible, and that you can submit the transfer within the required window. Compare the fee and post-promotion APR.
- Estimate the payoff. Add the transfer fee to the balance you plan to move and set a payment schedule that aims to pay it off before the introductory period ends.
- Apply with realistic expectations. U.S. Bank says business-card applications usually trigger a hard inquiry on the applicant’s personal credit report and may require a personal guarantee. Approval, credit limit, and personal-liability terms are not assured; review the application disclosures and agreement. U.S. Bank’s business balance-transfer guidance.
- Submit the transfer and keep paying the original account. A request that is pending has not cleared the old balance. Continue making required payments to the original creditor until the transfer posts, as Chase advises in its business balance-transfer guidance.
- Confirm the transfer posted and track the payoff. Check both accounts, then make payments to the new card on schedule. The promotional APR does not remove the obligation to make required payments.
Why some familiar business cards are not on this list
A card belongs in a balance-transfer comparison only when its offer or terms explicitly apply the introductory APR to transfers. Chase’s reviewed business-card comparison lists a 0% introductory APR on purchases for 12 months for Ink Business Unlimited and Ink Business Cash; that purchase offer does not establish a balance-transfer promotion. The reviewed Wells Fargo Signify Business Cash terms likewise state a 0% introductory APR for purchases for 12 months, not an established transfer offer. Chase business-card comparison; Wells Fargo Signify Business Cash terms.
Bank of America Customized Cash Rewards has a balance-transfer offer, but it is a consumer card, not a business card, so it does not belong in a business-card ranking. Bank of America consumer-card offer.
