There is no verified, audited ranking of teenage millionaires. The examples below come from published lists that describe people as reaching millionaire status before age 20, but their personal net worth figures are estimates—not confirmed financial disclosures. The stories span business ownership, online media and acting, and many involved family support.

What “teenage millionaire” means—and what it does not

Greenlight defines a millionaire as someone with at least $1 million in net worth, and a teenage millionaire as someone who reaches that level before turning 20. Net worth is the value of a person’s assets minus liabilities. It is not the same as a company’s sales, a creator’s annual income, venture funding, or a business valuation.

Greenlight’s list was last updated November 2, 2023. Stacker published a separate U.S.-limited list on July 3, 2024, saying its subjects were under 20 as of May 9, 2025. Stacker notes that its net worth estimates were the most recently available—mostly from 2024—and that it left some entries unranked where consistent estimates were unavailable. Neither list is an audited wealth registry, and their different populations and dates make them unsuitable as a single ranking. 10 reported examples of teenage millionaires

Greenlight’s November 2023 article names these ten people as examples. The descriptions below identify the reported route to wealth, not independently verified personal fortunes. A person’s business success or public profile alone does not establish their net worth.

  1. Mikaila Ulmer — lemonade business. Greenlight lists Ulmer for building a lemonade business. The article also notes her book, Bee Fearless; its mention here is context, not an endorsement or a claim about current availability.
  2. Donald Dougher — social media. Greenlight includes Dougher among its social-media examples. Its list does not independently document his personal assets or liabilities.
  3. Bella Ramsey — acting. Ramsey appears on Greenlight’s list as an actor. Acting work and reported earnings are not the same thing as a verified net worth.
  4. McKenna Grace — acting. Greenlight likewise names Grace as an actor; the list does not provide an audited personal financial statement.
  5. Alina Morse — candy business. Morse is included for her business activity in candy. A company’s commercial performance should not be treated as the owner’s personal net worth.
  6. Charli D’Amelio — creator, media and clothing. Greenlight describes D’Amelio’s route through online content and related media and clothing work. Revenue from those activities is distinct from personal wealth.
  7. Cory Nieves — cookies. Greenlight lists Nieves for his cookie business. The presence of a business does not by itself establish the value of his ownership stake or his total assets.
  8. Moziah “Mo” Bridges — bow ties. Bridges appears for his bow-tie business. Greenlight’s list does not establish a verified net worth figure.
  9. Evan Moana — YouTube toy reviews. Greenlight names Moana in connection with toy-review videos. A channel’s audience or advertising activity is not equivalent to its creator’s personal net worth.
  10. Pierce Woodward — social media and accessories. Greenlight includes Woodward for online media and accessories. The list does not offer independently confirmed personal financial records.

Why published net worth estimates are hard to compare

Personal wealth is usually private, so celebrity and creator net worth figures are often estimates rather than figures drawn from public financial statements. The estimate may not explain what assets or debts were counted, how ownership was valued, or when the calculation was made. A business owner’s stake can also be difficult to value, especially when the company is private.

Stacker’s later U.S. compilation illustrates the uncertainty: it reports estimates of $12 million for Evan Lee and $18 million for Brooklynn Prince, while leaving some actors unranked because consistent estimates could not be found. Those are Stacker-reported estimates, not verified disclosures. They should not be read as a precise comparison of the two people’s finances.

  • Personal net worth: estimated assets minus liabilities belonging to the person.
  • Company revenue: money a business brings in before expenses; it is not the owner’s take-home income.
  • Annual earnings: income over a period, which may be spent, taxed, saved or invested.
  • Funding or valuation: capital raised or a company’s estimated value, neither of which automatically belongs to its founder as cash.

What these stories do—and do not—say about getting rich as a teenager

The examples show several reported paths: starting or owning a consumer business, earning money through online content and related work, and acting. They do not establish a repeatable formula for how to get rich as a teenager. Greenlight notes that family members helped most, if not all, of the ten people it reviewed. That support can matter through time, resources, advice, logistics or access, so describing the outcomes as purely solo achievements would leave out important context.

For a reader interested in building financial security, the useful distinction is between a visible success story and a reliable plan. A business may generate sales without producing profit; a creator may have a large audience without stable income; and an actor’s public success does not reveal private expenses or liabilities. These lists can introduce examples of young people pursuing work, but they cannot show that the same route will produce a million-dollar net worth for someone else.
