How does Qure instruct users to apply it?

- Prepare skin: Cleanse thoroughly, remove makeup and lotion, and pat skin dry.
- Prepare the device: Attach the sterile needle head to the serum vial. Hold the device upside down for 1–2 minutes so serum reaches the needle head.
- Stamp gently: Work section by section, repeating each area 2–3 times with overlap. Qure cautions against applying excessive pressure.
- Dispose of used parts: Discard the vial and needle head after the treatment. Qure says not to reuse the head.
- Care for skin afterward: Qure recommends gentle hydration if needed, avoiding makeup and active ingredients such as retinoids or acids for at least 24 hours, and avoiding heat, sweating and direct sun.
Qure’s guide says the system is for the forehead, cheeks, nose, chin, jawline and under-eye area only up to the orbital bone. It says not to use it on eyelids, lips, active breakouts or broken skin.

What evidence supports the product’s claims?
Qure’s FAQ reports that the Micro-Infusion System was assessed in an “independent clinical evaluation of dermatologic safety-in-use” involving 31 subjects across Fitzpatrick skin types I–VI. The accessible FAQ does not state a publication year or provide the underlying report, protocol, endpoints, adverse-event details or efficacy results. What does FDA guidance say about microneedling?
The FDA’s general microneedling guidance says some devices have been legally authorized for specific indications; authorization of some devices does not mean every product or use is authorized. The agency also says microneedling devices are not approved for delivering cosmetics, topical medications, vitamin solutions, drugs or blood products into skin, and advises patients to discuss anticipated benefits and risks with a healthcare provider.
