Was there a Macy’s 50% off coupon in March 2026?
The available official information does not verify a general 50% off coupon for Macy’s in March 2026. Macy’s VIP promotion page describes extra savings of 25%, 15%, or 10% on select items labeled VIP, ending March 29, 2026. The page also states that its extra savings could not be combined with other coupons, extra discounts, or credit offers, except for opening a new Macy’s account. Its exclusions were extensive. Because the offer ended, it should not be treated as redeemable now.
What is known—and not known—about March coupons
Macy’s Help Center explains how promotional codes work and its pricing policies, but those pages are not a historical coupon archive. They do not establish a complete list of codes available in March 2026, each code’s eligible items, or its expiration date. Individual customers may also receive different offers.

Macy’s Star Rewards terms say savings offers may be provided from time to time, can vary in value, and are not guaranteed in any particular number. Each offer carries its own exclusions. How Macy’s online promo codes work
- Review the offer’s terms. Check its expiration, qualifying merchandise, minimum purchase or other requirements, and exclusions.
- Add eligible items to your shopping bag. Macy’s says an offer displayed in the bag can be applied there, or you can enter a valid code in the Offers section.
- Check the order total. The savings should appear when the order meets the offer’s requirements. Macy’s allows only one promo code per online order.
- If the code fails, check the conditions. Macy’s lists expired codes, unmet requirements, and excluded items among the reasons an offer may not apply. Macy’s promotional-code help.
Online and in-store offers may differ
Do not assume a code works in both channels. Macy’s says store coupons typically do not work online, while online codes and offers do not apply in stores. Compare the terms for the specific promotion and confirm whether it is online, in-store, or both before purchasing.

Before relying on a discount, compare the actual offer terms rather than the headline percentage. Check:

- eligible merchandise and brands;
- any minimum purchase or other qualification;
- whether it applies online, in stores, or both;
- whether it can be combined with another offer; and
- the excluded items and categories.
Macy’s notes that online and store promotions may differ, and the terms for each offer determine how it applies. A large advertised percentage alone does not establish that a particular item qualifies or that the offer can be combined with another discount.
