The Help Center is the best first stop for routine questions. Crypto.com does not publish one universal customer-service phone number for every product and country; verify any other contact with Crypto.com Verify before engaging.
Does Crypto.com offer live customer support?
Yes. Crypto.com documents in-app Contact Support and browser-based live chat at chat.crypto.com. These are support channels, not a promise of an immediate human response or instant resolution. Crypto.com’s US App and Web Terms say complicated matters can take substantially longer to resolve, potentially 45 days or more. See the US App and Web Terms.
Support routes depend on the product and situation. The App, Exchange, Card, Cash Account and Onchain Wallet have different procedures even when the initial contact channel is the same.
All Crypto.com support options
| Option | Best for | Important limitation |
|---|---|---|
| Help Center | Routine how-to questions, product instructions and common errors | Self-service documentation; it does not resolve an account-specific case by itself. |
| App → Settings → Support → Contact Support | Logged-in users with account, transaction, verification or Card questions | Requires App access; menu labels may vary by version or region. |
| Web chat | Users unable to access the App and Exchange account or login issues | Response times and escalation vary. |
| System Status | Checking for a platform-wide outage | Identifies service issues; it is not an individual support channel. |
| Official social or community channels | Announcements and general, non-sensitive questions | Not a secure route for account recovery or personal information. |
| Telephone support | A product or jurisdiction where official terms provide a number | Scope varies; the published US USD Account number below is not a universal support line. |
Help Center
The Help Center organizes guidance for the Crypto.com App, Exchange, Onchain Wallet, Card, Cash Account, Stocks & ETFs, IRAs, Pay, Tax, NFT, Prime and security. Search with the exact product and error, such as “Exchange withdrawal pending” or “App 2FA reset,” rather than a broad phrase.

In-app Contact Support
The App User Guide gives the path Settings → Support → Contact Support. The guide also points to the Help Center and System Status. Use the contact flow for account-specific issues when you can sign in; attach only information requested within that official flow. See the Crypto.com App User Guide.
Web chat
Crypto.com documentation directs users to chat.crypto.com for a range of Exchange issues, including delayed verification, registration problems, loss of email access and persistent login failures. Open the address directly rather than trusting a search-advertised number or a link sent by an unsolicited account.
System Status
The App User Guide lists System Status in the App settings and says users can subscribe to the Crypto.com Status Page for updates. Check it when logins, balances or functions appear unavailable; a platform incident may explain the symptom, but an individual account problem still needs the appropriate support route.

Social and community channels
Crypto.com maintains channels including X/Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit and YouTube, among others. They can help with announcements or public, non-sensitive questions, but do not use a social message to submit identity documents, reset 2FA or dispute a transaction. Verify the exact account with Crypto.com Verify and move account-specific matters to the App or web chat.
How to contact Crypto.com from the App
- Open the Crypto.com App and sign in.
- Open the main menu or More area, then select Settings.
- Select Support, then tap Contact Support.
- Describe the product and issue, and provide only the details requested by the verified support flow.
The App User Guide documents this route, though labels can vary by App version, jurisdiction and rollout. For a useful first message, identify whether the issue concerns the App, Exchange, Card, Cash Account or Wallet and give the approximate time and exact error. Redact sensitive details from screenshots where possible.
If you cannot log in
You lost access to your registered email
For Exchange login problems involving a lost registered email, Crypto.com directs users to chat.crypto.com. If you are unsure which email is registered, its guide suggests searching inboxes for Crypto.com messages and checking that the sender is genuine; if the address cannot be identified, contact official Support. See Exchange login guidance and the guide to finding your Crypto.com email address.

You changed or lost your phone number
The documented App recovery flow starts at the login screen: enter your email, choose Didn’t receive a code?, then Change Phone Number, and complete the requested passcode or identity checks. The replacement number generally must have the same country code as the old one. In the documented flow, an account balance of US$5,000 or more requires additional identity verification. Follow the current prompts in the App; see the phone-number update guide.
Your device is lost or you suspect account compromise
Crypto.com’s One-Button Lock guidance says users can contact Support through chat.crypto.com to temporarily lock an account. A lock restricts access and withdrawals; identity verification or a manual unlock may be needed afterward. See the One-Button Lock FAQ. If you still have access to the App and can use its lock feature, do so promptly.
You forgot your passcode or cannot receive a code
Use only the recovery prompts presented by the official App or contact Support through the official web chat. If the problem is a missing SMS or inaccessible email account, your mobile carrier or email provider may need to restore that service; Crypto.com cannot control access to those external accounts.

Crypto.com Exchange support
Make clear whether your issue is with Crypto.com Exchange Web or Exchange App rather than assuming App instructions apply. Exchange questions commonly include pending verification, login codes, registration, deposits, withdrawals, orders and balance displays.
Verification delays
Crypto.com says Exchange review may take from a few hours to a couple of business days, depending on factors such as country, nationality and image quality. If the status has not changed after three business days, contact Support at chat.crypto.com. Submit documents only through the official verification process and only when requested. See Exchange verification status guidance.
Login and registration problems
For Exchange login issues, Crypto.com recommends checking the registered email and its spam and trash folders, and clearing browser cache and cookies. If the problem persists, use chat.crypto.com. The guidance is in the Exchange desktop login guide.

Card and Cash Account questions
For a Card issue—such as activation, delivery, PIN, freezing, card details, top-ups, fees, limits or a declined transaction—identify it as a Card matter when using support. Card management is in the App’s Card area, as described in the App User Guide. Do not assume that a Card problem follows the same steps as an Exchange withdrawal.
A specific number is listed in Crypto.com Wallet terms for errors or questions about a US USD Account: 1-888-824-8817. It is a limited product-and-jurisdiction provision, not a verified general customer-service number for all Crypto.com products or countries. Check the applicable Wallet terms for the relevant written-contact instructions. Do not rely on phone numbers published only by third-party sites.
How to avoid fake Crypto.com support
Crypto.com Verify lets users check whether an email address, link, social-media account or other communication is associated with Crypto.com. Check the exact source at Crypto.com Verify; a familiar platform name or logo is not proof of authenticity.
- Do not share a password, one-time password, 2FA code, private key or recovery phrase with anyone claiming to be support.
- Do not install software or grant remote access at a support contact’s request. Crypto.com says it will not send links to install software or request remote access to your account or device. See its scam-avoidance guidance.
- Be especially wary of unsolicited messages. Crypto.com says official team members will not initiate private conversations on Telegram. Use chat.crypto.com or in-app support if uncertain; see its social-media security guidance.
- Do not pay someone to “unlock” an account or release a withdrawal, or send funds to prove ownership.
- Submit KYC documents only through the official verification flow, not casually through a social message or email. Crypto.com says account opening is conducted through the App and warns against sending required information by email or in-app chat unless instructed through the proper process. See KYC verification guidance.
What to include in a support request
- The product involved and the problem type: login, verification, deposit, withdrawal, trading, Card use or another issue.
- The approximate date and time, including time zone if relevant, and the exact error message.
- A transaction hash, order ID or reference number, if applicable. For a transfer, note the asset, network, amount and destination address; do not send a private key.
- Your device model and operating-system version if the problem appears device-related.
- A screenshot with balances, addresses, phone numbers and personal information redacted where possible.
Provide your registered email address only if needed to identify the account; never include the password, 2FA code or card security code. Crypto.com warns users not to send personal information that was not requested in the verification process.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute2Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors3Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesWhen support may not be able to fix the problem
Support can investigate account records and explain available procedures, but it cannot guarantee recovery of an external blockchain transfer. Crypto.com warns that cryptocurrency transactions are largely irreversible and generally cannot be halted, canceled or refunded. Contact support promptly if a transfer is unauthorized or mistaken, but do not assume funds can be reversed.
Some problems also sit outside Crypto.com’s control: an inaccessible email account may require the email provider; missing SMS may require the mobile carrier; a card issuer or bank may need to address a payment dispute; and a third-party wallet or unsupported network may have its own recovery limits. For suspected theft or fraud, preserve relevant records and consider reporting it to the appropriate law-enforcement or financial authority in your jurisdiction.
