HubSpot does not have one universal CRM price. Its Customer Platform page lists a free tier and paid plans, while individual Hub products and Sales Hub seat pricing use different pricing presentations. Your total depends on the products, seat types, billing choice, included credits, and any extra capacity you need. The prices below are the USD figures displayed on HubSpot’s pricing pages as accessed October 7, 2026; confirm the current offer and your account’s configuration before budgeting.
HubSpot CRM pricing at a glance
HubSpot’s Customer Platform pricing page shows these plan prices. They describe that page’s bundle and billing presentation, not a guaranteed quote for every combination of HubSpot products.
| Customer Platform option | Displayed price | Seats and notes |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 per month | Up to 2 users |
| Starter | Starting at $7 per seat per month; $20 per seat per month is also displayed as another billing choice | HubSpot advertises limited-time Starter pricing for new customers. Check the page for the offer’s terms and billing period. |
| Professional | $1,300 per month | 6 included seats; additional Core Seats start at $45 per month |
| Enterprise | $4,700 per month | 8 included seats; additional Core Seats start at $75 per month |
HubSpot also lists included credits on its pricing page. The figures above do not establish the exact total for a particular customer: product mix, seat configuration, billing selection, and capacity needs can change the bill. Review the live page and confirm a quote for the products and users you intend to buy.
Why HubSpot’s different price lists do not match
Customer Platform bundles versus individual products
HubSpot’s Product & Services Catalog says product prices vary and that products are generally purchased through seats. Credits provide capacity for certain features. A Customer Platform bundle price therefore should not be treated as the price of every individual Hub or a complete cost estimate for any team.

Sales Hub seat prices shown by G2
G2’s Sales Hub pricing page, last updated April 29, 2026, lists Free at $0, Starter at $20 per Core Seat per month, Professional at $100 per Sales Seat per month, and Enterprise at $150 per Sales Seat per month. G2 notes that some plans require contacting the seller and that final negotiation is with the seller. These are Sales Hub seat figures, not interchangeable with HubSpot’s Customer Platform bundle prices or its separate Starter billing display. Check the product scope, seat type, billing basis, source date, and final quote before comparing them.
HubSpot’s displayed prices are published by HubSpot; G2’s figures are a separate third-party presentation. Neither table alone establishes what a particular account will pay.
How seats and account setup affect the bill
Seat types and included seats
HubSpot’s catalog dates a packaging change to March 5, 2024: new Sales Hub and Service Hub customers are described as paying per seat at Starter, Professional, and Enterprise without additional seat minimums. Full Professional and Enterprise functionality requires the applicable specialized paid seat. The catalog says existing customers may remain on their existing pricing model unless HubSpot contacts them, so the newer arrangement should not be assumed to apply to every established account.
Combining subscription levels
When an account combines subscription levels, HubSpot says Core Seats have the highest access level across the subscribed products and are priced according to the highest subscription level. A mixed product setup can therefore affect the cost and access associated with seats; do not calculate a mixed-tier account by simply adding a single headline price.

Credits and capacity limits
Credits support capacity for certain features. HubSpot’s catalog also lists paid limit increases, including $200 per month for a reporting limit increase, $500 per month for an API limit increase, and $200 per month for 100 additional workflows. These are catalog examples, not a statement that every customer needs or qualifies for them. Confirm applicable limits, eligibility, and the relevant account’s requirements before including an increase in a budget.
How to estimate your likely monthly cost
- List the products you need. Decide which HubSpot products and subscription levels your team requires rather than treating “CRM” as one fixed package.
- Count each seat type. Note users, included seats, and any specialized paid seats needed for the functionality you plan to use.
- Choose the billing presentation. For Starter, verify which displayed billing choice and any new-customer offer apply to you. Do not compare a per-seat monthly figure with a bundle price as if they use the same unit.
- Check credits and limits. Identify whether the intended features, reporting, API use, or workflows fit within included capacity, and ask about applicable paid increases if they do not.
- Confirm the account’s pricing model. Existing Sales Hub or Service Hub customers may not be on the same seat arrangement described for new customers.
- Request a quote for the configuration. Have HubSpot confirm the full product mix, seat types, billing period, included allowances, and any optional charges before you treat the figure as your expected bill.
What the available HubSpot review evidence says
A G2 verified reviewer example is positive about usability and visibility but raises a cost question. Genesis A., a North America Regional Manager, gave Sales Hub five stars in a G2 review dated July 27, 2026. The review praised usability, personalization, dashboards, and pipeline organization, while noting concern about the number of included sales seats and the cost of extra seats. Its title was “User-friendly, Highly Customizable, and Complete—Covers Everything I Need.”
That is one reviewer’s experience, not evidence of a representative verdict across HubSpot CRM customers. The available review material does not establish a statistically representative 2026 summary, a cross-site consensus, or a quantified pattern of pros and cons. Use the example as a prompt to assess seat needs and workflow fit, not as a substitute for evaluating your own requirements.

- Like-for-like monthly cost: compare the same products, seat counts, seat types, and billing period.
- Included access and allowances: check which features, credits, seats, and limits are included at the selected tier.
- Capacity costs: account for any paid limit increases that your expected reporting, API, or workflow use may require.
- Customer status: confirm whether the quoted packaging applies to a new account or an existing customer’s arrangement.
- Workflow fit: test whether the tier and seat configuration support the team’s actual sales and CRM processes.
