The reported Elevance Health consensus price target of MX$8,567.84 and 21.82% increase are unverified in the available sources. An October 5, 2026 fact-check could not substantiate the target or the change, and did not identify the original data provider, the date of its figures, or the before-and-after targets used to calculate the increase. That does not prove the figure never appeared elsewhere.
Is the MX$8,567.84 target and 21.82% increase verified?
No—not from the available evidence. The October 5, 2026 fact-check by iTechGuides said it could not corroborate either figure. It also found no originating analyst-data provider, as-of date, or pair of consensus values that would show how the claimed 21.82% increase was calculated.
Without those inputs, the percentage cannot be independently checked. It would be misleading to report the headline figures as confirmed, or to infer a calculation from other price data.
What do third-party analyst snapshots show?
A MarketScreener US-listing result surfaced October 6, 2026, with a mean target of $450.90 from 22 analysts, a low target of $393, a high of $492, and a last-close field of $394.51. Bullstory’s October 6 snapshot showed the same mean and range but counted 21 analysts. These are dated third-party snapshots, and neither establishes the source of the Mexican-peso claim.

The difference in analyst counts shows that provider coverage and update timing can vary. These figures should be read as estimates reported by their respective services, not as a guaranteed future share price or a promised return.
Is the Mexican-peso figure a share price or an analyst target?
Those are different measures. MarketScreener’s Mexican S.E. page identifies a Mexican listing and labels its MXN figure as an end-of-day quote. A quote is the price at which a share was reported to trade; it is not, by itself, an analyst consensus target. That page therefore does not verify MX$8,567.84 as a target.

Currency and listing also matter when comparing figures. A US-dollar target for the US listing cannot be treated as confirmation of a Mexican-peso target simply because both relate to Elevance Health. A valid comparison needs a clearly identified listing and ticker, currency, provider, coverage set, as-of date, analyst count, and target range.
What information would establish the claimed increase?
To verify a 21.82% rise, a reader would need the originating provider’s page or dataset and enough detail to reproduce the comparison. In particular, the source should identify:
Rank #3
- The listing and ticker to which the target applies.
- The currency and whether the number is an analyst target or a quoted share price.
- The provider’s methodology and analysts included in its consensus.
- The snapshot date and analyst count for both observations.
- The earlier and later consensus values used to calculate the change.
Those inputs are not identified in the available account of the claim. Until they are, its origin and calculation remain unresolved.

Company results provide operating context, but they do not confirm an analyst price target. In its April 22, 2026 first-quarter release, Elevance Health reported operating revenue of $49.5 billion, up 1.5% year over year, and adjusted diluted EPS of $12.58. The company raised its full-year 2026 adjusted diluted EPS guidance to at least $26.75. It also described elevated expected Medicaid medical-cost trend and anticipated membership declines in some lines.
Rank #4
Those are company-reported results and guidance, not consensus price targets. CEO Gail K. Boudreaux said the first-quarter results exceeded expectations and that the company was raising full-year adjusted EPS guidance, but the statement does not substantiate the MX$8,567.84 figure or its alleged increase.
