A related ICF-hosted apprentice notice says engineering degree or diploma holders and people who have already completed an Act Apprenticeship are ineligible, and describes apprenticeship as training rather than employment. Those are details from a related document, not a substitute for the eligibility clauses in any later recruitment notice.
