If eHarmony keeps charging you, first identify who processed the payment, then check your membership status and contact the right support channel. For an eHarmony-billed charge, use the Contact Customer Care button at the bottom of its official contact FAQ. eHarmony says Customer Care is available 24/7 and that it replies to most contacts within hours, with a stated maximum response time of 24 hours; that is the company’s service expectation, not a guarantee that your case will be resolved by then.
First, find out who billed you
Check the transaction date, amount and merchant descriptor on your bank or card statement. eHarmony says a direct charge appears with “eharmony” as the merchant and includes its phone number. If the descriptor differs, or you received a receipt from an app store, check your email receipts and Apple or Google purchase history before assuming eHarmony processed the payment. The billing channel can determine where cancellation must be handled.

Check your eHarmony membership and renewal settings
- Sign in to your eHarmony account.
- Open the profile dropdown and select Data & Settings.
- Review the Premium Membership term, purchase date, and the cancellation or auto-renewal details shown for your account.
eHarmony identifies Data & Settings as the place to check these membership details. Save a screenshot or other record of what the account shows, especially if the next billing date is approaching. See eHarmony’s FAQ.

Contact the party that handled the charge
If eHarmony billed you directly
Open eHarmony’s Customer Care contact FAQ and click the Contact Customer Care button at the bottom of the article. eHarmony states that its team is available 24/7, most contacts receive a reply within hours, and the maximum stated wait is 24 hours. These are eHarmony’s published response expectations, not an independent performance measure or promise that the issue will be resolved within that period.
In your message, include the account email, transaction date and amount, and a brief explanation of whether you are disputing an unfamiliar charge, asking about a renewal, seeking cancellation confirmation, or requesting a refund. Keep a copy of what you send and any reply or confirmation.

If Apple or Google billed you
Manage the subscription through the Apple or Google account associated with the purchase, and check that provider’s current subscription instructions. eHarmony’s available terms documents from 2022 say subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google must be canceled through the corresponding provider account, but those documents may have been superseded. The provider’s current account settings and the terms applicable to your purchase are the safer guides.
If another charge appears after you contact support
Reply through the same support thread or contact Customer Care again with the new transaction date and amount. Ask eHarmony to identify the charge, state whether the membership is active and the next billing date, confirm any cancellation action in writing, and explain which refund or payment-plan terms apply. Save the response and check Data & Settings again rather than relying only on a verbal or general assurance.

Do not treat deleting your profile as proof that billing has stopped. eHarmony says active subscribers must contact Customer Care to begin account deletion; subscription cancellation or auto-renewal status should be checked separately in Data & Settings. Use the Customer Care contact route for deletion instructions and verify membership status independently.
Cancellation rights, refunds and any remaining payments can depend on the purchase channel, your location, the agreement accepted with the purchase and whether the subscription uses installments. eHarmony’s surfaced U.S. terms dated February and November 2022 include provisions that are limited to specified circumstances; they do not establish the current rights or obligations for every subscriber. Check the current terms for your country and your purchase agreement. If the amount or your rights remain unclear, consult consumer guidance relevant to your location.
