Yes. Gordon Ramsay Wines launched a California collection in 2021, developed with Seabold Cellars winemaker and Master Sommelier Chris Miller. It was a branded portfolio of wines from several California regions—not evidence that Ramsay owns vineyards or personally makes the wine. He later became associated with a separate Italian Collection made in partnership with winemaker Alberto Antonini.
What launched in 2021?
The March 2021 launch announcement described eight California wines, made in collaboration with Chris Miller of Seabold Cellars in Monterey. The portfolio included:
- Monterey Sauvignon Blanc, Rosé, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir
- Sonoma County Reserve Chardonnay
- Three Cabernet Sauvignons, including a Napa Valley Reserve
The announcement said the bottles would be available online and reported a launch-era price range of $20–$60 per bottle. That is historical pricing from 2021, not a current price or a guide to today’s availability. WineBusiness.com’s launch announcement gives the portfolio details, while contemporaneous trade coverage also reported sales through Ramsay restaurants. The Drinks Business’ 2021 report does not establish that those restaurants currently list the wines.
Who makes the California wines?
The official Gordon Ramsay Wines site names Chris Miller and Nick Dumergue as collaborators at Seabold Cellars. This supports describing the collection as a collaboration; it does not establish that Ramsay owns vineyards or is the winemaker.

The brand says its grapes come from sustainable and organic-practicing vineyards, and describes its approach as using native yeast, limited intervention, restrained oak, little-to-no fining or filtration, and minimal sulfur. The site also calls the wines 100% vegan. These are the brand’s descriptions, not independently verified certifications or test results. The official Gordon Ramsay Wines site includes those production claims and identifies bottles such as Monterey Sauvignon Blanc 2019, Monterey Chardonnay 2018 and Sonoma County Reserve Chardonnay 2018. Those older vintage listings do not establish which vintages are available now.
How is the Italian Collection different?
The Italian Collection is a separate project, not another name for the California portfolio. Benchmark Drinks describes it as a partnership with Italian winemaker Alberto Antonini and currently names Pinot Grigio and Intenso Rosso. By contrast, a retailer’s Italian Collection launch page describes a red, white and rosé range. Those descriptions may reflect different lineups, periods or markets, so they do not establish a definitive current assortment worldwide.

The launch-era sources describe online sales and sales in Ramsay restaurants, but they do not verify current stock, retailers, shipping coverage or availability in any particular country. The official site lists named wines, but a listing or purchase control alone does not confirm that a specific bottle and vintage can be shipped to your address. Check a current retailer listing for your market before relying on a price or planning a purchase.
